I want to buy the X10 mini but I'm concerned that it won't work with my new car's blue tooth system. Can any one tell me if the X10 mini works with the Fiat "Blue and Me"?

View 4 Replies View RelatedGot a brand new phone yesterday. Upgraded it to Android 2.1 before using it. In general, phone is functioning properly, however none of the applications (i.e. YouTube, Gmail, Maps) will work over the 3G connection, but the Web Browser does function ok. The apps will work over WiFi (which isn't much use if you're trying to use maps or gmail on the go). I have tried restarting phone (battery out restart). It is not a signal strength issue, I am getting HSPA with full bars and it still times out with "no connection detected" (or variations thereof, depending on the actual application). I can work around this using the web browser based clients for these apps, but as they aren't streamlined they are a PITA to use.

Facebook,gmail,gtalk,android market,youtube etc. dont work at all..Each of them gives an error that you dont have an active connection! All of the above does open via the normal browser on mini pro..but not through these builtin apps!

But...
After the phone has been off, the camera works fine the first time I start it.
And if I close the camera application and start it again straight away it also works fine.
But if I wait for maybe half an hour or more and then open the camera application, the phone reboots itself.
This is very repeatable and it looks like there's something wrong in the software or so.
xperia mini can't send messages to multiple recipients what gives?

View 1 Replies View RelatedHave owned an xperia mini pro for about 2 weeks now. It has a problem that every few days or so the screen locks up and becomes unresponsive and the only way to reset it is to do a battery pull. My question basically is should I take it back to the shop, or is it likely to need to have android reinstalled or something?
It did this on the very first startup after unboxing, it froze up when choosing the language setting, so obviously it is unrelated to any other apps i have installed. At the time I didnt think it was too much of a problem but then as I say, it started doing it every few days.
I tried emailing Jeff to see if he could put something on the discussions board in relation to the above but surprise, surprise you can't email him cos his mail box is full. SE support at its best once again.board is X10 family and that would be all well and good if all things were the same, but whilst they may be in the same family a lot of the time they are speaking a different language. It would save time when answering if we were giving specific answers to your devices. The other two forums I submit to have made a seperate section for mini/pro users as the problems we are having are different.
