View 4 Replies View RelatedI downloaded NBA League Pass Mobile because I am in Dayton, OH and Cavaliers games are rarely shown on Dayton's FSN. However, I've come to find out that this is a blackout area for League Pass. Does anyone know of a way to change the Droid's location so that League Pass thinks I am in a different city? I see there is a way on the iPhone, but I can't find anything for the Droid.
View 2 Replies View RelatedAlright whats up people I was recently searching through and through for a way to get mobile internet without paying that ridiculous android price so as I was searching I stumbled across a regular behold forum at Samsung Behold Forum - New Proxy (TMobileX (Free Internet!)) - UPDATE: Analysis 01.07.10 -> 1500 Users because someone said free internet for it and I gave it a run to see if it would work with our behold 2 and surely enough it does.
Instructions on how to use proxy:
Open up the (default) browser on your Samsung Behold.
Type in the following address into the : tmo-x.co.cc/tmobilex/
Type in the address you want to visit in the form on the page and select whether or not you want to use my HTML trick (free; allows you to see sites in full HTML not 'WAP-stripped').
Can someone post a link to an HTC_IME.apk that works with BH_Man's roms? I hate Swype, and every HTC_IME.apk file I find force closes when I select it under Input Method. Help?
View 4 Replies View RelatedI installed the new a2sd and followed the given instruction. Is there anyway that I can find out if this is working correctly or not?
View 2 Replies View RelatedPrior to the upgrade I was using the HTC keyboard. I have read multiple forums about getting a version that works with 1.6 but, it keeps force closing on me. Has anyone managed to get the HTC KB to work post 1.6? I really don't like swype even though I have given it a chance.
View 6 Replies View RelatedI just installed BH_Man's 1.6 notwiz using Odin and everything is working great except my HTC sense keyboard seems to crash nonstop now (it was working before with just stock 1.5). Is anyone here also having that problem? If someone has a working sense keyboard app that works with this rom, can you please upload it or tell me which version the app is? Swype is cool but I would also like to have the sense keyboard as well.
View 5 Replies View RelatedSelf explanatory. The moment had a problem that seems to have been fixed. Anyone else having this issue.
View 20 Replies View RelatedI just got off the phone with Tmobile since my visual voicemail wasnt setup, and took the time to ask if they have any word on an update to their android line up. He said he just received an email today from up top that yes Tmobile is working with Google to provide an update to the Cliq, Behold II, and myTouch(Not sure if I heard G1 or not).So the fact that the reps have gotten word of it makes me feel alot better about this. And his understanding was the Cliq would be first but the rest to follow not long after that.
View 24 Replies View RelatedWell I guess everyone has heard that NFL Mobile is exclusively being launched on Big Red's network since Verizon was the highest bidder.
The app comes complete with 24/7 live streaming of NFL Network to include 8 Thursday night games and 17 NBC Sunday Night games, live streaming video of the draft event, on-demand video analysis from NFL Network, a pick-by-pick draft tracker, and other content.
Unfortunately this app is only available to Verizon customers ... until now.
If you search "NFL Mobile app XDA" there should be a version that works for the BH2
Now you can root for your favorite team via Android.

I tried everything and I still cant get the internet to work. I am on the unlimited everything plan for $60. Calls, texts and even pic messages work but not internet.
View 13 Replies View RelatedIs there any way to get the app onto a Behold 2 or any T-Mob phone for that matter. Kind of outrageous that Skype is only allowing Verizon phones to download.
View 1 Replies View Relatedi heard that you have to update your IMEI with T-Mobile to get the Bug Fix Update. but i went to the tmobile store and they said they needed my old phone for some reason but i already sold it. then i called tmobile and they had no idea what i was talking about so what number am i supposed to call and what do i tell them specifically?
View 7 Replies View RelatedGreat news, someone confirmed that web2go unlimited data works with the new Galaxy S Vibrant T-mobile Android phone. Grandfathered T-Zones Data: Discuss All Related Questions Here ONLY Before this, only our Behold 2 allowed this (nexus one does too, but not considered tmo branded). For many, this was only reason we stuck with behold 2.

View 17 Replies View RelatedOEM 1.6 Packages are uploaded now.Odin files for the 1.6 OEM update are now available! All necessary files and instructions are included in the download. To use the update you will need a Windows PC, USB cable, your Behold II, and about 5 minutes. Some users are reporting that after the update the phone will temporarily be stuck in a boot loop. This seems to happen when the user has previously installed certain custom ROMs such as Take5 and Galaxy R12.The work-around requires a complete factory wipe of the phone, meaning you will lose all of your data and apps not on the SD card.

View 10 Replies View RelatedI remembered from my G1 days a way to sync the E-Mail app up to Yahoo's free (not PoP3) servers so I gave it try on my new BH2 and it works just fine:Here are the steps:
1. Enter Yahoo ID and Password (hint, just use your "username", not the whole joeblow@yahoo.com
2. Select Manual Setup
3. Setup IMAP
4. Incoming server is imap.mail.yahoo.com
5. Port is 143
6. Security Type is "TLS (if available)"
7. Leave IMAP path prefix blank
8. Hit next
9. SMTP Server is smtp.mobile.mail.yahoo.com
10. Port is 25
11. Security is again TLS (if available)
12. Check Require sign-in
13. Verify username and password
14. enjoy
To Sync up, you CANNOT be on WiFi (dunno why, maybe Yahoo has a deal with T-Mobile?).One other note: if after rechecking all your settings and it still says "invalid username/password" try going onto your Yahoo Account and change your "Location" to ASIA ! Weird I know, but for some reason, some people can't get this to work with US-English as their Yahoo Locale (not talking about your phone's settings here, all on Yahoo site end!).
I've already developed some basic application successfully that I tested on Android SDK. I want to know what are the files or file that I have to export to the mobile device(sony xperia x10 mini android) , what extension, how to install, etc etc. I want to check the application in he mobile device. I've been reading the developer manual but I don't find exactly what I'm looking for.
View 3 Replies View RelatedI'm trying to use HttpPost to send data from an android device to a server. It works great with a Wifi connection, but I get the IOException "The target server failed to respond" with a Mobile connection (3G, Edge, etc.). It doesn't seem to be a timeout problem (I set it to 90s). The use of HttpGet works perfectly with both Wifi and Mobile connection... Any idea of where the problem could come from?
View 5 Replies View RelatedMy Orange UK Hero is unable to make/send calls or send/receive sms. It displays "No Service" on the lock screen but mobile data seems to work perfectly.
If I go to...
Settings->Wireless Controls->Mobile Network Settings->Network Operators->Search Networks
then select Orange, it says "Your SIM card does not allow a connection to this network"
If mobile data wasnt working then I would guess that its a SIM issue but I'm clearly connected to the network as im using their internet!
Just swapped SIM with a friends phone.
My SIM works in his phone and his SIM has the same issues in my phone.
Booting up, it was connected to the network for enough time for it to get a voicemail notification but showed "No Service" straight away.
Im guessing the best bet is to re-flash with the latest Hero Orange firmware. Any tips for backing up numbers/sms/cal etc?
I take no responsibility for wasting your time or making you stupider.
View 13 Replies View RelatedAfter many attempts to try and use the terminal emulator that is already preloaded onto the behold 2 , and many failures..After trying out different Terminal Em.'s and always having my phone lag because they wernt made for it...i have finally found a way to get terminal emulator working with no lag or no slow down in performance... First you must have root,of course, Next, Use an app called root explorer or something similar and goto the folder /system/app/ and find the two files Term.apk and Term.odex, and MOVE them to your sd card from your phone, you want them gone from your system/app folder After that simply goto the market and search for Terminal Emulator , re-download and there you have it, Working term. em. on the behold 2.Peace Ladz.
View 1 Replies View RelatedI have just recently bought a Behold 2 with the price drop. I like the phone except that it is very slow.
So i would like to root it and run a factory1.6 no twiz rom on it, but I'm having issues while doing it!....
I was succesfully able to get adb to detect my phone serial. but whenever I type in: adb shell /data/local/try3 /system/bin/sh

View 1 Replies View RelatedLooks like samsung is getting tired of all the tweets asking about android updates for the behold 2 they just posted this on the samsung mobile twitter page:"Samsung Behold II users: At this time, we don't have information on an Android update for the Samsung Behold II.If we receive information on an update for the Behold II, we will be sure to keep everyone posted.
this was posted by samsung and is NOT in response to a question, they're just "keeping us posted." guess they are sick of us asking all the time, well...just give us a godd**n update then Sammy!!!!!
Sprint release the 2.1 update for the Samsung Moment today. Here is the link to the update on Sprint's website. Will this update work for our Behold II? I'm willing to try to install it on mine (I'm currently running 1.6 no twiz). What do you think guys?
