Oct 5, 2010Just installed the latest update to LPP with the swipe gestures. Its brilliant, it really is. My question is simple really, and I'm sure Ive read a solution somewhere before, but here goes... On the bookmarks swipe gesture, which brings up your bookmarks, how do I make my Dolphin HD bookmarks show, instead of the generic browsers??? In other words, can I import bookmarks from Dolphin to the LPP bookmarks?

At work I use IE, so whenever I want to bookmark a page, I manually open () and add the URL (is there a better way?) [URL]....
The reason I use Google Bookmarks (and not chrome bookmarks) is to have a centralized, browser/device agnostic repository for bookmarks.

Jun 11, 2010Looks like the bookmarks within the Bookmarks Widget are posted in the order that you surf and are NOT subject to any type of sorting. However the bookmarks within the Bookmarks Application launched from the browser's menu are sortable. Is there any way to make these two independent bookmarks list sync with one another. I know there's an application out there to manually sort the widget's bookmarks but I want them sync and match.

Jan 28, 2010I'm looking for an app that will let me store my lists -movies to watch/have watched, books to read/have read, music I have, music I want, etc. Right now they are in a spreadsheet format. I thought I could use Google Docs but editing a spreadsheet there is a lengthy process at best.I tried Cards (-) which has a nice customizable data structure. I was able to create the fields as I wanted them to be, but without an import feature it would not be worth the effort. I also tried "My Collection Free" but the data structure isn't customizable, so I couldn't add fields like "read?" or "series".I don't really need anything that scans, although that would be a bonus. Ideally if it could save or sync to a website that would perfect because I could make edits either on my phone or PC.Any suggestions? Are there apps or even websites out there that would do this type of organization well?

Browsing history on Galaxy itself is one of the most idiotic things in the universe. I have about 5000 visited links and it doesn't save what you click on. So you go over the same ones again and again and never know where you finished cause it always starts at the top and you have to scroll down every time.

I am not new to android: i have had the G1 which i did not root, the T-Mobile pulse, which i rooted and the HTC Legend and now the Nexus one.

With the legend i am am awhere of the Sence UI ? i liked how facebook contacts synced to my phone and when i rang i saw there display pictures, does the Nexus one do this?
SMS, is there a similar app to the legend, where you see threaded messages with a picture of there facebook dp?
I can't hear the phone when it rings, its so quiet, the volume is on max, is there anyway to increase this?

Android :: Aldiko Won't Import Book
Oct 9, 2010Before I upgraded to 2.2 I had to find a lot of memory space on my phone. I deleted and number of applications including Aldiko. I had only two books on that; just started using it. One I was reading, a download from Project Gutenberg, and the other, an epub, book was next in line. However when I reinstalled Aldiko, after the upgrade, the book I was reading is there but the epub book is not. The epub book is on /sd card/Import but when I ask Aldiko to import it says nothing found. How can I get Aldiko to import my book?
