Motorola Droid :: Charging Accessories - Standard Car/wall Adapter That Accepts USB Input
Oct 30, 2009Since the Droid is a micro-USB connection, I am assuming that we do not have to purchase the over-priced Motorola/VZW accessories? All that is necessary is standard car/wall adapter that accepts USB input. Then, any micr-USB cable will suffice. A quick look at different sites has the chargers for ~$10 and a micro-USB cable is only ~$3.

Dec 21, 2009One thing I like about the iPhone is the pinch to zoom feature, the droid does not have this yet...I don't think. Is there a 3rd party web browser that supports this in the app store? Or is there any hint of one coming soon? It's not that big of a deal really, I'm just curious.

Mine definitely doesn't appear to have this functionality (as observed while holding down one key and pressing another one). Feb 5, 2010I finally installed bugless beast 7.4 and really like it. I like the multi touch in all the applications but I found that I miss having the zoom buttons in the browser. I like the multi touch for fine zoom control but I like just hitting the zoom button and it automatically fits the text to the screen. Does anyone know of a way to have both? I know you can double tap the screen but I find I like the button better.

My question is this. When you push the voice-to-text button does it pop up a window like earlier versions of Swype or does it do the really fast and slick thing that the multi touch keyboard does (just replace the keyboard with the audio waveform thing).
