View 13 RepliesHello fellow Droid users.Simple question yet so complicated. How do you put a playstation Emulator and a Nintendo 64 emulator on the droid? Obviously you cannot download it from the app's so we will have to find another way.Theres no doubt in my mind this can be done...
View 13 Replies View RelatedAlright so lets say i have a game on the wii that i downloaded to my SD micro Card and I downloaded the Nes Emulator on my HTC Hero. (yes ik you have to have and adapter for the wii and then the smaller memory card for the phone) But would I be able to play that game for NES (that i downloaded from the wii) on my HTC Hero?
View 2 Replies View RelatedBrowsing around the net at work today for Bluetooth Game Controllers, I came across a Mini Bluetooth Keyboard HERE - it's also selling on Ebay. It claims to be compatible with Android, but as we're all learning Android on one phone isn't the same as Android on another.
I'm wondering two things really: 1) Anyone know if it is actually compatible with Android and moreso if it's compatible with HTC Incredible
and 2) If it is compatible, once connected, can you use it in conjunction with Game Emulators (I have the popular one for GBA) so that I could use the buttons on there to play the games.
It's the perfect size for a game controller (too bad they don't also make one for that purpose) and would be much better than the touch screen controls which impede on the game.
Looking for the simple, atari games like missile command, tempest (I know there are space invaders and pong).
View 6 Replies View RelatedAn emulator seems like a great idea for my Droid, with a huge selection of games at my disposal that I might actually play for once (thanks to a number of situations where I find myself bored with nothing but my phone on me), but I hesitate to pick one because they all cost money.
I'm looking for a bit of information before I jump into anything. What are the different platforms emulated, how well to they run (if there's a site with compatibility ratings, that would be excellent), how much do they cost, and most importantly, how well do they control?
How would one go about putting a fully working emulator on a droid without having to pay?

View 4 Replies View RelatedSeriously, emulation is not good for performance, but most roms running on gensoid look and play better that games developed for Android. Sonic 3 looks lovely, runs at 60fps and never stutters. It even seems to look higher rez than most Android apps.Android platformer games are nowhere near as good looking or smooth. So what the hell is going on? The hardware on top end Android phones (Desire, galaxy etc) is clearly capable.
View 11 Replies View RelatedI started playing some older games with my computer emulator of the ps1 but I feel like having a portable one would be awesome, anyone else agree?
View 13 Replies View RelatedWhats the best one? I didn't try one on my Hero, thought it would be too slow.
View 1 Replies View RelatedI am VERY new to the whole ANDROID scene but none the less stoked! I am not that tech savvy so I had a question about the PSX (sp) Emulator. If you download it how do you go about getting games on it. I would like to play the old FF and Resident Evil but I just don't know how to get the games on the Emulator. Where do I get the games from? Do you pay for them separately? Maybe a quick overview of the steps of how I would go from getting the emulator and adding games.

View 4 Replies View Relatedokay a have a general idea of how to use an emulator. i have a list of games at my disposal. so when i find the game i want, i save it to a destination on my computer, then i mount my sd card through my phone, throw the game onto the sd card (anywhere) via my computer. then no matter if i unmount or stay mounted, ill run the emulator on my mytouch, search for where i put the game. click on it, then it will take me to a blank screen as if it wants to load the game. and since i have the free versions of these emulators i also see the ads at the bottom, so i know it didnt crash. it just isnt loading

View 6 Replies View RelatedThe Game Boy Color was one of my favorite handheld game systems and my favorite video game ever, Super Mario Bros. Deluxe, was on this system. However, I was a bit surprised to see that there was only one GBC emulator on the Market, which was paid and didn't have good reviews. Does anyone know if there is a better GBC emulator being developed or if there is someone on this forum who loved the GBC, maybe you could make one(because I have no coding skills whatsoever)
View 1 Replies View RelatedThe only thing that i like from the iphone are the games.Has anyone ever been successful at porting iphone games to the g1?Or even just being able to make some sort of emulator just for the games?Any answers would really be appreciated!if someone knows how i would love to see the game rope n fly or something similar to it. it seems like a simple game, i want to start to learn how to write my own stuff for android and then i would just try myself.but however i don't know how yet. Also since most people have g1's with multi-touch i was also wondering about any multi touch games? especially the skateboarding game touch grind.

View 16 Replies View RelatedI'm fairly new to the Gameboid and I just installed a Bios and everything works out great but the only problem I have is that the D-pad is in the top left hand corner and that makes my thumb conver half the screen... (HTC Hero Btw.) How could I get my layout to look something like this:

Some how so the D pad is more at the bottom and more visible, if the A and B were at the bottom it would be great too but thats not as big a deal.
