HTC Incredible :: LauncherPro & Stock Widgets Appear To Be Gone Clock?
Jun 15, 2010I just installed LauncherPro Beta and I am having some trouble figuring it out. All the HTC stock widgets appear to be gone (such as the clock). Is there any way to get those while using LauncherPro or are they only compatible with Sense?

Aug 26, 2010Is there a way to get a direct link/shortcut to the stock alarm clock without having to click through all of the HTC Sense UI stuff (i.e. click the main clock -> click the alarm button on the bottom -> click/unclick specific alarm)? Preferably I would like a shortcut that took me directly to the alarm screen.

Aug 2, 2010I just flew from Raleigh, NC (eastern) to Chicago (central). The clock on the phone has the correct time but the weather/clock widget that came with the dinc is still on eastern time. When i tap on the widget the screen it takes me to shows the correct time but when I go back to the homescreen it's back to eastern. Any idea what's going on here?

May 22, 2013So i've always had a go widget clock on my main page, when i would click the clock, the clock app of the phone would open up showing alarms/ worldclock/stopwatch/timer .. well as of today it no longer opens up when i click on the clock. Is there anyway I can change my current clock or SOMETHING. I do know that I can add a new widget page and have a new clock, but I can't make this my default lockscreen. Sliding across on the lockscreen seems pointless to me - i want this visible when i double tap my phone.

I am very interested in getting this feature on either RMK's new stock leak ROM or the 2.2 OTA stock ROM. Yes I know about the 3-1 reboot option along with hot boot. but im really interested in porting this over to a stock ROM for us. Apr 14, 2014I have the tronsmart CX-919 mini pc running 4.2 and there is an issue with the browser reverting back to the home page or the previous page. When I try to display a webpage on our intranet it reverts back to the homepage or previous page after about 3 hours. I need it to display constantly. I read somewhere that it was a Download Manager issue and disabling it would work but I can't find where to disable it. Also it was stated that Flash was an issue but i tried uninstalling it and it just reinstalled itself and the problem kept occurring. I just want to display a page in a browser and for it to stay on the screen (full screen) until I manually navigate away from it. I plan to leave it on for weeks at a time.

Jun 29, 2010I have noticed that there is a thread on tips for getting web pages from a PC to the phone for viewing ((How to) get a web page from computer to phone. - Android Forums). I don't have a problem with this and I use the qr code extension method with Firefox. What I would like to know is if anyone has come up with an equally simple & quick way to throw a web page found on the phone to their PC? I know of some ways to do it..I'm looking for the most time efficient/easy way to do it.

May 23, 2010This is the fastest way that I know of right now to get a web page displaying on your PC in a browser to your phone. You will need the following applications; Either Google Chrome and QR-tag extension generator(for Chrome), or Firefox and QR-tag extension generator(for Firefox) , and this one for your phone Barcode Scanner v3.3 Application for Android you don't have to use this app there are many others out there(doesn't have to be an Incredible phone either). It should be pretty easy to figure this out now that you see the apps involved but I will explain. First is the obvious, you need to get all apps installed and running on both pieces of hardware. Second when you are on the web page you would like to take with you you simply click on the QR-Code app in your toolbar of Chrome and it will display a QR-code then open your QR-Code reader on your phone and line up the QR-code in its sights. Then simply select web browser and your there.
