HTC Desire ::Unable To Download Applications - Built In Memory?
Aug 11, 20101:I am downloading apps from the market and I have bought one. Now for last 24 hours it has been trying to download these and just wont. The one i bought still says authorizing purchase. Now why is this? I still have about 11MB of storage on the phone. 2:Why is there not more in built memory especially if the makers knew ALL applications and games would be installed to the phone? isn't it obvious that should have allowed support to install directly to SD card (like with me old nokia E51?) 3:When is this new Android update coming to the Desire, how do you go about getting it?

Jan 2, 2010Question concerning the gameboid app. What exactly is the difference between it and gameboid lite? It is just that you can save games in the paid app? I downloaded the rom for FF tactics advance and realized i couldn't save my progress, will this change if i spend the $4 on the paid version? Also are there any other perks to actually buying the application?

Nov 27, 2013I have done many of reverse engineering for other electronics in the past, Since Im new to android I was wondering before even wasting my time if is possible to port, or built a rom from sources or a phone thatis NOT External SD built in to a phone that it have the external sd built in.
Making it short can I try to reverse engineer the android code from a Nexus 5 (no ext_sd) to other device that have ext_sd built in?
If is possible where should I be looking to start trying making some development on this as I haven't done nothing close quite.

HTC Incredible :: Way To Force Particular Applications To Use Built In 8GB Of Phone Storage?
Jul 7, 2010Is there a way to force particular applications to use the built in 8GB of phone storage? For example, doubletwist automatically syncs to the SD card, ROM Manager saves backups to the SD Card, etc.I find that I have used basically none of my internal memory because nothing recognizes its there in the first place. Is there a custom ROM that allows this? I know it is supposed to be a feature of Froyo, but it seems kind of silly that it doesn't already work or that there wouldn't be a root method to make it work.

May 19, 2010This folder includes screen shots that are used for Internet Browser bookmarks. It also includes screen shots of web pages that I did not choose to bookmark. When I clear cache while in "Internet" in "Manage Applications" it does not remove these jpg files that are not being used for bookmarks. When I clear everything while in Internet app (in settings) it does not remove these jpg files either. It also does not remove them from within the HistoryEraser app. The only way I can remove the jpg files is with Astro or when connected to PC. I have to go through them and erase jpgs that I do not want there.
There were 72 jpg files in that directory and they go all the way back to when I got phone (on 4/29). I have only added 5 bookmarks myself during that time. They do not take up a lot of space but I just don't want them there.
Android :: Gameboid
Dec 12, 2009Downloaded the app, and realize that you have to make a folder and download gba_bios.bin and put it in that folder with games. However ive downloaded at least 10 different websites gba_bios.bin and when i try to open it, my computer( its a pc, not mac) doesn't know how to so i cant put it into the folder i made.

Sep 1, 2010I've been playing Mario & Luigi: Superstar saga for a few minutes and I got to the part in Bowser's ship where you learn to fight as a team. After I break the barrel and get attacked by a Goomba, the game freezes at the battle transition. I've tried skipping this battle, but so far, every battle makes the game freeze at the battle transition. Playing the PAL version, by the way.

Jan 3, 2010I downloaded Gameboid recently, and I definitely have a GBA_bios.bin in my SD card, but whenever I select it after clicking browse for bios it just says it has failed. Any Idea why?
And while I'm here I can play GBCoid fine (I am using lite) but for some reason I can't understand, the select button doesn't work. I have to use the virtual keypad as the Pulse doesn't have a hard keyboard.
