Oct 7, 2010I have a sony radio in my car that has the usb input on it.. i just switched from a droid Eris to the Inc. The eris worked fine with my radio i could switch songs and everything on the phone using my car radio but when i plug my Inc. into it the radio says its not supported? its the same Sd card that was in my Eris also i put the phone on hard drive just like i did the eris any suggestions?

May 3, 2010Depends on the size and gauge of the wire of your headphones. Also depends on the position of the wires. FM radio is a little picky, but works fine- depending on the points mentioned. Old & wrong: The FM radio on the Inc must be the weakest radio in a phone, evah! Just tried it today and picks up half the channels my Ngage and N900 pick up well. A lot of channels barely come in, or are static filled. I thought Steely Dan said "FM has no static at all"? Makes the CDMA radio seem not that bad, in comparison I know- at LEAST it has a radio. Must be set to suppa powwa savva mode

Aug 15, 2010I've had my Incredible for a few weeks now, love it, been stalking these forums reading whatever I can when I can, last night I went and took a video(s) of a fire I had in my yard(fire pit, not an Oh shit, Fire!) to send my girlfriend to rub in the fact that she was working,First video was 15 seconds, second 5, neither would send. They said the file size was too large, are there settings I have to change to be able to send videos?.My buddy has a Moto Droid, its got a MMS setting, I can't seem to find that on the Incredible.

To do this, go to your phone and:
-Dial: *#*#4636#*#* (You don't have to press Call)
-Press: Battery information
-Post: Battery temperature
Mine, after it's been sleeping is: 23.8*C
I don't know if the temperature can be displayed in *F.
I haven't found an App that records CPU temp for the Incredible, if it's possible.
F to C Deduct 32, then multiply by 5, then divide by 9
C to F Multiply by 9, then divide by 5, then add 32

Feb 17, 2010I'm a developer looking to create an Android application to record phone calls. This spawned out of my own personal need to record phone calls for my own purposes and for my records. Is it possible to do this? Is it possible to get access to the microphone and what's coming through the speaker? I'm kind of new to Android development, so bear with me :) I assume that I could probably record into WAV and then at the end of the call, transcode it into MP3 using LAME or something. This may kill the battery, but this seems like a good project for me to get used to Android with. I'm looking to use Android 2.X.

Jun 29, 2010Is there any app to record phone conversation on the fly. I searched some threads but didnt find anything that was popular. I tried "All Call Record" but its a crappy app. I could hardly hear anything and even after uninstalling the app, th voice quality was bad. Had to reboot the phone.
I need something where I can select what part of the conversation to record. Say somebody is giving directions/phone numbers. Instead of fumbling for a pen to jot it down, I can just start recording and then turn it off when required so the file size is small.

Sep 28, 2010Does anyone know of an app that can record phone calls to certain numbers (where the phone numbers to record can be in the app). I need this for times I ring customer service and they tell me something, then deny saying it later on and ask me to provide proof (that they damn well know I don't have).
I did have a manual call recorder but I kept forgetting to record the calls, especially at times I really should have. Also preferably one that doesn't make a beep in the call, but not absolutely essential. If there is no app available as I explained, could someone please tell me an app that automatically records every call.

I am trying to record my voice. Even if somebody calls me. But it works only in one direction :( If i call it records my voice if somebody calls it doesn't record my voice. Do you know if this is possible ?
