I was wondering if anyone else had problems with their alarm not shutting off? I've experienced this a couple of times now and had to end up pulling the battery to get it to shut off.

Is anyone noticing a problem with auto sync shutting itself off? Every couple of days, my auto sync feature shuts itself off. When I realize I'm not getting emails, I check and sure enough, it's off again.

View 3 Replies View RelatedOk, this is really strange about 3 days ago my Incredible would just randomly turn off (the battery wasn't even close to being an issue.) When I tried to turn the power on the phone would not respond at all. If I take the battery out and put it back in, the phone will boot just fine....This has happened 4 or 5 times in the last 3 days. Additionally today for some other strange reason I was on a call and the phone randomly would end the call. I wasn't hitting the end key on accident I had the phone on speaker, so I am not sure if its a related issue.

View 4 Replies View RelatedMy phone seems to shut off or start a reboot loop when I either multitask and use multiple apps at once or when I attempt to do something that is data intensive such as stream a video. It then either just boots up and once it gets to the home screen then reboots again or sometimes the phone will shut off, vibrate multiple times, then the green LED will start to blink. Once this happens the only way to get it turn on again is to pull the battery. I was using the stock 2.2 froyo with no issues until this randomly started to happen about a week ago. I thought it might be an issue with the rom so now I am currently running the 2.2 with the Uncommon 1.1 rom, baseband: 2.15.00.07.28, kernel: 2.6.32.15-gb7b01d1 htc-kernel@and18-2 #1, build number 3.21.605.1 CL231334 release keys.
View 29 Replies View RelatedI tried several alarm clocks on my droid, and they all seem to have a problem. if I set alarms for 6:30, 6:41, and 6:52 am. Each with a different sound. If i snooze alarm 1, alarm 2/3 never goes off. i thought all 3 would be seperate, but it seems only 1 can be active at a time. unless im doing something wrong. this happens on the default alarm clock and, better alarm clock.

Wasn't sure which of the many DINC areas to put this in, but hopefully someone knows what I am talking about. I am one of those classic lazy Americans that have to hit the snooze button when the alarm goes off. However, the DINC only lets you snooze twice then just goes at it until you force close the clock with ATK (only way I've found). This is good for me, as it forces me to get up to go through the menus and turn it off and such. But is that the only way to stop the alarm or am I missing something?

When the alarm goes off, the song that should play is preceded by a rather annoying alarm bell type noise. After that goes off (which wakes me up in an uncomfortable manner), my song plays immediately following. How do I stop the annoying Alarm sound preceding all of my set alarm ringtones?

View 6 Replies View RelatedI'm not liking the alarm clock built into the Dinc. I hate all the alarm sounds and there does not appear to be a way to add different ones or even an MP3. What I'm really looking for is an alarm that will start off softly and build up say over 30 seconds. All the stock alarms just BLAST and freaks me and my wife out each morning. A snooze button is a must as I like to hit it a few times before I need to get up. I also need one that is very reliable as I use it as my main alarm for both home and on travel.

Are there any good alarm applications for the X10i?
Basically I use my phone as an alarm to get up for work. My old Nokia N96 I could set the alarm and then switch the phone off at night and the alarm would still go off on time. This does not seem to be the case with the X10i. It doesn't even go off when the phones in airplane mode which is poor. I just don't want to have to leave my phone on overnight in case it rings and i wake up.
Are there any good alarm apps that allows you to turn the phone off and the alarm would still ring at 6.30 for work?
I am using service class to play the mp3 file using media player object on Android platform, problem is, i am not able to handle the alarm interruption.When any previous set alarm clock reach to it's alarm time it starts to play in parallel with mp3.I want that mp3 should become paused and after alarm it again start to play,same thing should happen with snooze.

View 7 Replies View RelatedEver since the froyo update (installed fresh from the RUU file), there are random days where my alarm will not sound, both from the stock htc alarm app, and Alarm Klock.At first, I thought it may be gonig off, but I've been muting it in my sleep, but today my suspicions were confirmed when I was awake in time to see it attempt to go off, only for the alarm screen to come up with no sound, despite the alarm volume being cranked up to maximum.I'm honestly at my wit's end with this; I can't find anyone else with this problem, and I've had to buy a cheap clock from CVS to wake myself up in the morning.Has ANYONE else been having this problem? I've already been late to work twice because of it!
