Jun 6, 2010It won't type bad words. Sh*t, fu*k type words. Nope wont do it. I love the app though. I can type fast as hell.

Jul 20, 2010After awhile of heavy SMS use if i open a message and go to type to respond the words i type do not show up on the screen. Id i minimize the keyboard it shows. If I expand it they go away.

Nov 7, 2013My current situation is that I have a phone with 2 camera apps on it, stock and camera FV-5.
Camera FV-5 is slower than the stock camera, so I only use it in situations which I need manual control.
Whenever I open whatsapp and try to send a photo, the app asks me which camera I want to use, with no option to always use stock. I don't want camera FV-5 to exist as an option, as I will open it if I want to use it.
Is there a way to remove an app from the list so that my phone does not recognise camera FV-5 as a camera?

So, how I can paste or type it in the application?
PS These symbols are the same which displayed while entering passwords
HTC Incredible :: Predictive Or T9 Words - Which One Use Most?
May 18, 2010When i use the compact keyboard, or T9 (not qwerty)..when I type OK, it always defaults to PM and i have to click OK, which is second on the list. Also, when i type home, it always defaults to GOOD, and i have to manually click home, is there a way that it can learn which words use most so that i wont have to constantly pick those words? it would speed up my typing by 150% if it just used the words i used most.

Aug 29, 2009I had a G1 for a while and never had problems adding words to the T9 dictionary. Now i have a HTC Hero and can't find any way of adding words to the phone keypad T9 dictionary. I used to start a word, then click the drop down arrow, then press "add word", but it appears that this option is non-existent on the Hero. Is this because i was using the "Chinese imput" input option or have they just moved this on the Hero.

Oct 22, 2010I'm a new Evo user. I loved the auto correct options on my BB. I like the auto correct of the evo, however the suggested words that pop up really distract me and slow me down. When I shut this option off, though, I can't seem to find any way to spell check or auto correct any words in texts, etc. Is there a way to keep the auto correct feature, but hide all the suggestions?

If i was texting along and came to a word that wasn't in the dictionary, I could just long press and then select "add to dictionary". Jun 8, 2010I'm looking for an app that I can configure with a list of words which I can later select via press and hold and be able to select which word I want to paste/type. I was hoping one of the add-on keyboard or clipboard apps would provide this feature but I haven't had any luck finding anything. I have a big email address and password and would love to keep them in a permanent clipboard of some sort. The clipboard apps I've tried kind of fit the bill but switching to that app for the purposes of making a selection disrupted the flow of things. Press and hold would be best. Can anyone suggest an app that would accomplish this? I've been also looking for a way to remove the stupid arrow keys at the bottom of my HTC Evo's keyboard. I tried better keyboard from the market but I'm having issues getting used to those keys. The letters seem smaller or something.

May 8, 2013I got the Galaxy s4 yesterday. I'm going crazy just trying to add word to the dictionary. I can't even get it to spell my own name. It does not have the "personal dictionary" option under "language and input" that I am used to. I took it to Best Buy and three separate techs there played with it and they could not figure it out either.

General :: Correcting Words After Typing Them?
Jan 15, 2012where my phone wont scroll accuratly. Ill go back to try to fix an issue say 3 lines up from where I am and it wont scroll to the correct place I tried to place it. also if you get the cursor where you want it to fix a mistake getting it to go back where you were typing before trying to fix the mistake is a headache. Itll recenter the screen once yoy try to click back to where you were typing so you cannot see where or what your typing. I currently havr the nexus s but my evo4g did it to. The nexus is worse though. Sometimes its fine but uaually it isnt.

May 5, 2010I love the fact that I can type words like "im" and it predicts into "I'm". Is it an all or nothing though because I'm continually getting odd words thrown into my texts and not catching it. Mostly happens with slang usage or proper names. Is the only trick to keep entering these things into the personal dictionary until you root out the majority of mishaps or is there a better way. Almost wish there was a list of usual suspects that it'd auto fix but that it'd leave alone proper name entries and abbreviations and so forth. Wishful thinking or possible?

Jun 18, 2010I know that to delete words I've manually input into Swype is simply to highlight, hit the swype button and delete, but what about words that come in the Swype dictionary? For instance, I often mistakenly put in the word "Urea" when I want to say, "Yea." I don't see myself every needing the word "Urea," so I want to delete it from the Swype dictionary, but I can't seem to figure it out because it's not a word I made Swype learn, it's a word that came with Swype. Feb 6, 2010It sucks that you can't delete words that are in the Dictionary. I get so annoyed when I am typing out a word and it puts a totally different word in place. You ever type out one of the days of the week? It ALWAYS puts a (s) at the end! For example I want to say I am having a Super bowl party on Sunday and it will put Sundays. Another thing that drives me crazy I could say "Maybe I will come over later" and it says "Maybe I Will come over later" Why does WILL have to be spelled like a name in this instance? I add lower case "will" to my dictionary but it still reverts back to the other one when I am typing.
