Motorola Droid :: One Piece Rubber Case That Exists For Phone?
Nov 18, 2009I see all the two piece rubber cases, I'm wondering if anyone knows of a one piece case that exists for the Droid (like those you put on a Blackberry). I never use the slide out keyboard and would just assume cover it so it stops accidentally sliding open.

May 11, 2010Ok, so here's my question, does anyone have a full front screen protector Like boxwave, Seidio, Clarivue, etc (not the small vzw one) on with the black rubber case from Verizon? I'm asking because the case is kind of tight and I'm worried it will press hard against the screen and in turn create big bubbles in the corner. Happened with my Rubber casemate case on my Nexus One.

Apr 26, 2010I take my phone everywhere with me, usually on my hip in a holster of some type. The headphone jack on the Dinc represents a substantial port of entry for dirt and moisture. I know I had an LG flip phone years ago that make with a rubber plug to prevent such substances from entering.
I am hoping that someone here has a solution for the Dinc, and hopefully available at say, Lowes, instead of ordering a $0.10 piece of rubber off the internets. It doesn't have to be a "headphone jack plug" per se, but something that will work just the same?
HTC Incredible :: Rubber Speakerphone Plug For Design Reason?
May 15, 2010Here's something most of you probably haven't noticed about your incredible. If you take off the back cover and look to the right of the speakerphone, there's a little red rubber "plug"/cover that comes out, leaving a hole. Removing the plug messes up the acoustics of the speakerphone very much (and makes the phone shake like crazy when loud music is played). It's not important, but I was curious if anyone knew if there was a design reason for this / why you would ever want to remove it.

Nov 4, 2009Never had a phone that was worth buying a case for. I have a hard shell case on my iPod and it's done a good job keeping the thing from getting beaten up (despite my repeatedly dropping it).
Is one better than the other (hard case vs. rubber)? Also, will putting a case on the phone stop you from being able to slip it into that multimedia station?

Mar 3, 2010Well I picked up a cheapy leather pouch style case for my Milestone on ebay, unfortunately its one of those ones with the magnetic flap which seems to be sensitive enough to trigger the magnets used for detecting if the phone is in a multimedia station or a car dock. If I put the phone into the case top first, it shows 'connecting to multimedia station' in the notifications panel, if I put it in the other way it launches the 'moto car home' app (even if the phone is locked and screen off, it launches, turns on the screen and unlocks it).
So the question is, whats the best case that works and won't cause issues? Telus so far doesn't have any actually stocked that I've found, and the one they list on the site looks suspiciously like the one I got. I'd prefer one with a belt clip but its not essential.
