Looking at my first bill from Sprint has me scratching my head. They only took 20% from the 69.99 Everything Data, and then added 10.00 for premium data. Is this right? I understand the employee discount won't effect the total equipment protection or taxes and fees, but surely the 10 dollar premium data isn't immune to the discount?

I'm hoping someone can help me find the right thing to say to VZW customer service to get my NE2 discount moved up. I'm planning to replace my feed up LG Dare (with no data package), with the Incredible. Seeing as VZW will then be making an additionala month off of me with the required unlimited data package, I figured I should be able to persuade them to adjust my New Every 2 discount. The problem is, it doesn't come up until 30 August. 4 months is apparently too long for the first rep to consider changing it. Any ideas how to get customer service to agree to move it? Or am I just out of luck?

I found the option to check coworkers as a group, but I can't figure out how to associate or move the employee contacts under that group. What am I missing? This past November I bought this Nextbook premium 8 se from big lots but after a couple of months I wanted to get more out of it so I tried rooting it using this method but something went wrong and now it won't boot past the 2nd splash screen and just goes to a blank screen. But when I tried to connect to my Win7 PC it just says "device drivers did not install correctly" and never actually "sees" the Ally. I read a thread discussing a similar issue with the DROID, but the thread dried up back in March with no solution. Can anyone tell me what I need to do here?
Part of that thread talked about setting Win7 to allow unsigned drivers. I tried to do as they said from the Run command line, but the gpedit.msc file they said to run "cannot be found" on my Win7 PC.
