Is there such an app that will change my wallpaper once a day (or some other sort of time frame) by specifying a folder with wallpapers in it? Something similar to Windows7...

If I change my wallpaper I can't get it to just change that....seems I have to recreate my scene? What am I missing?
View 2 Replies View RelatedI want to change wallpaper. I go into stock photos. I view them in full screen. I want to see that full screen as my background. It makes me crop. Even when stretching out, I can only get 1/2 of it max. Why cant it just take the screen exactly how it is and make it my wallpaper?
I went to the wallpaper thread to take their pictures. i used the pits penguin for example. it was perfect. it made me crop it so i couldn't even get the entire logo, then when i set it it blew it up huge and gross.
Hey guys I know this may sound dumb. But is there a thread on how to change the wallpaper for the droids. I see people completely customizing there EVO's I would love to know how to do it. I see some of the screens and they look good. I just need a how to along with possible apps to use so I can make my evo officially "MY EVO!" This is my first android phone so its kinda hard for me really. Just point me in the right direction or even maybe a thread.

I have launcher pro and unrevoked 3 on my EVO and today I updated launcher pro, now my lockscreen stays the htc multi-color but I can still change my homescreen wallpaper.

View 4 Replies View RelatedI'm currently running BB v.08 OCed to 1100 mhz and i'm using the neutral network LWP that was made specifically for the droid. Whenever I use my facebook widget or handcent quick reply, as i'm typing with the virual portrait mode keyboard once I reach a certain amount of characters my screen flashes and one of the default wallpapers that comes with the droid replaces my LWP. Why is it doing this? Once i finish the message I can go back and change the wallpaper, but it's really annoying how it changes by itself

Now on the new phone when I try to change my homescreen wallpaper, it always wants to zoom in on the image. I'm not sure how to explain it, but it will let me use the full width, but not the full length while looking at the phone with the buttons on the bottom. So I have an image that is 320x480, and it wants to crop it down to 200x200 for example. It zooms in and makes it a square, instead of a rectangle like the screen is. I just want the wallpaper to be what it looks like when the image first opens from the photo album app. But as soon as I try to make it a wallpaper it wants to zoom in and make the photo look dumb.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI currently use a HTC HD Mini (Photon) running the SCREAM ROM by Ling Gan. It has a few bugs for most of which there is either a workaround or fix but there is the one problem which has remained unsolved: the default wallpaper on everything BUT the home and lockscreens cannot be changed. It is of a tree in a meadow under a blue sky and when rotated to landscape changes to some smiling chinese lady in the "settings" submenu. Doesn't hamper use much but it is quite annoying.
I have tried a number of solutions some of which resulted in my having to reflash and others did nothing. I post this here because I think it is a CM7 issue. The ROM developers have so far been unable to post a solution within the thread and I am aware that a fix for similar problems on CM9 ROMs exists using ADB to edit framework-res.apk. I felt it was time the problem was tackled by the wider XDA fam. Used google translate to look on the chinese site where the ROM is native to (mobile-kon) but found nothing as well.

I have been searching around for a way to automatically change the lockscreen wallpaper. I have Samsung Galaxy S4. It has a lockscreen wallpaper called "travel wallpaper" which does this but has major limitations (can't select the images myself, uses mobile data). I ahve tried other wallpaper changer apps / live wallpapers, but they only change the homescreen wallpaper not the lockscreen.
I do have WidgetLocker and added some widget that did the trick... but I am trying to go back to the stock lockscreen since WidgetLocker hasn't been reliable for me (it only works sometimes, others the stock lockscreen shows up. Also WidgetLocker doesn't have media controls.
I downloaded pictures off the internet and tried to set them as my background, and it says "This picture has been set as wallpaper" But its just the default wallpaper. So then I tried the Bar code scanner wallpapers and Android themes.com and same thing!
View 1 Replies View RelatedI recently got my incredible and i love it, I have 2 issues with it, first is battery but you know downloading stuff all day long will tank a battery the other. I cannot put a picture on the wallpaper on my phone. If I do, it changes it to the HTC colors. I can however post any live wallpaper just not any pictures. This is become a great irritation and I am uncertain if this is a software or hardware problem.
