I have HTC Sync, but don't want to use Outlook to edit/add contacts.

I backed the app up so I could download the apk to my Windows PC.
I'd like to edit the .png files in it, I've followed a tutorial on here using the apktool, decompiled ok and recompiled it, but when I transfer it back to my phone to re install it I get a message saying the application cannot be installed.

Apr 28, 2012I am running some more tests and decided to take a different path for dual boot (for testing anyway, still gonna give it a go with bmp)... so to make a long story short, how do I edit the .bct file that comes with the nvflash zip??? I can edit the .cfg just fine but when I add my secondary partitions at the end of the line up and before UDB, the g2x doesnt seem to boot, like it just stays at the first lg logo and goes no further. There is a manual way to edit unwanted permissions out of .apk files, but this method is not meant for human consumption.Is there an app that lets me allow/deny permissions per app?

Jul 29, 2013I used to be able to just plug the phone into the computer via USB and a drive letter would appear and I would be able to easily move files off the phone and to my computer.
Now when I plug the phone in Media Share pops up with numerous menus and sub menus. Best I've been able to figure out to do is copy one individual file at a time to some mystery folder somewhere on my network. Or using DLNA it opens up Windows Media Player on my computer which shows previews of the photos but no way to transfer the actual files.
