I using SE Neo V, i have just upgrade OS ICS 4.0, but have some problem with my mobile:
- Wifi unstable, wifi only connect 3-5 minutes is disconnected, after that, 10 seconds is back connect. @@.
- I occasionally play pes2012 thrown out.
I using Kernel: Night-eft RC2 , ROM K15.

I updated my AT&T Galaxy S3 to Android 4.3 a few weeks ago.
Ever since then, I routinely get a notification that says "Your Internet Connection is Unstable".
It seems to happen each time I turn my bluetooth connection on.
Phone on > connected to my home wifi (2.4 gHz) > bluetooth is off > turn bluetooth on > get the "internet connection unstable" message.
If I keep my bluetooth off, then I never get this notification.
I have already wiped the cache partition as noted from thread [URL]...
It's been 9 days since i bought my galaxy wonder.Its battery is too weird for 3 days.Because 3 days ago 2.5 hours passed until %98.Now once i unplug its charger, it downs to %84 in 2.5 hours
Why is it too unstable? I didn't calibrate. (If that means charging it 12 hours after it discharged for the first time, i didn't do it.May it be the reason?)
BTW, important note : All settings are off (Wi-fi,bluetooth,gps,syncronization) and screen brightness is about %30 or %35 i guess.I don't even use live wallpaper and only widget i use is battery widget.(A simple widget 100 kb)
I've had 4.3 on my phone now for about a month. It is horrible, phone freezes a lot, and run very slow. Is there a way to roll back to the previous version?
View 5 Replies View RelatedI have had the phone since yesterday and notice that when the phone is charging (USB or wall) and I'm trying to do stuff(surf the internet or play with any of my programs), the phone does crazy stuff. It will just start executing the search and other buttons on my phone without me even touching them. The phone doesn't appear to do this when it's not charging. Another problem I've noticed is that the capacitive buttons on the bottom are unresponsive in general. I'll sometimes have to hit the back button a couple times for it to recognize that I hit it.
View 3 Replies View Relatedi had problems trying to load/flash UD1. i could not wipe my factory data. my phone would reboot before i could wipe my data not sure what was going then eventually i was able to wipe my data and flash UD1.now i want to flash a different kernel. and now i'm having the same problem before i can install the ZIP from my SD card myphone reboots. and if i can get to the menu before my phone reboots.it says my sd card is not mounted.whats up with that?is there any way to flash a kernel without going through the recovery screen?

But, as i write this on my laptop, i'm with my wi-fi on and working fine. But i can't seem to connect to any web-sites trough the browser (even though the twitter/face book updates are working alright). At my office however, it works fine!

View 14 Replies View RelatedI've recently got a a Tattoo and it is mostly fine (apart from the ridiculously hard to remove battery cover!). But the thing that is driving me nuts is how unstable HTC Sync is. I have uninstalled, re-installed on the PC and phone and had to delete all contacts on the phone once to "cleanse" and still every time I go to sync my calendar and contacts something goes wrong. Duplicates contacts and calendar entries in the phone and and on my PC! My work phone is windows and active sync is a dream compared to this!
View 1 Replies View RelatedI've bought a Xperia X10 a few weeks ago with great expectations, but it lasted with a huge disappointment! Whatever I guess I have to wait for 2.1 update but I am not sure it will satisfy anybody. As I wrote in title there are some serious and annoying problems, I cant sign in my twitter account on the phone because of login and connection problem (however I didnt get any problems at signing in Facebook and Gmail accounts).
Second problem is "missing" Android Market application on the phone. Anyway I found the official .apk (vending.apk) from the net and loaded to my phone but it didnt work and caused freezing and error messages as "not responding / force to close" etc. Also I cant reach to Market site from Browser, no way!
The last and stupid problem is "reseting and deleting" Browser setting and bookmarks without any reason or action like hardreset or even turn on/off the phone! As an example: I set homepage as google.com and later on I checked ok! but for the second use after a couple of time, when I started the browser it opens with SE Wap Page as default and removed my homepage from settings. Also phone deletes the Bookmarks which I add.

I don't own an Android 4.3 tablet yet but I need to know the following things.I wanted to restrict my device so that a user is unable to change any settings (in particular turn on/off WiFi) and disable all applications except one.How strict is the restriction?
If I disable all apps except one what will the restricted user be able to do?
In an ideal scenario I'd like the restricted user to do only 3 things:
a) turn the tablet on/off
b) turn the application of my choosing on/off
c) all other options would be disabled
d) the restricted user should NOT see any data of the administrator
It's done this twice now (before and after factory reset). 2.1 OTA, not rooted.
Whenever I turn on the wifi, or I become in range of my WPA2 network, it doesn't always connect. I say "always" because it seems to be random. If I toggle wifi on or off, it doesn't always connect. Sometimes it connects after 30+ seconds. Every other device connects just fine.
The only sure way to get it to connect is to force it to rescan, usually by going to Settings and displaying all SSIDs in range. THEN it connects, always and immediately.
The even sillier thing is, it will alert me of open networks, but never connect to my own saved network.
My Hero takes a long time to connect to my home wifi. I usually go in to the settings and hit "Scan" repeatedly before it connects. Sometimes it fails connect, and I have to go into Settings to try again. Is there a way/app to scan automatically or re-attempt to connect again? Maybe there's something I'm not thinking of?

I decided to try the WiFi hotspot available through 2.2. GREAT! Actually worked quite a bit better than I thought it would. Only trouble is, ... now I'm back at home, it fails to connect to the home network.
+ Restarting phone
+ Re-entering password
+ Forgetting network + refinding
WiFi sees the network, says "Connecting", comes up "Failed to connect", "Scanning" and loops on that sequence. I know the router's working because this laptop is using it right now
I have read all I can about using the Inc overseas and am confused. If the phone is switched to WiFi in a WiFi spot, can you use the phone? I have read that Verizon put some sort of restrictions on it, but I'm not savvy enough to understand it all. My daughter is in the Coast Guard and we both have DInc's. She goes to places like Star Bucks in other countries that offers WiFi and we would LOVE to be able to text each other with our phones. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Froyo Overclocked Kernels includes *wifi* fix is where I got my kernel. I've been overclocking to 1200 GHz.

I have a Samsung galaxy discover phone and my wifi wont turn on! it is blurred out and when I click on it it just says "Turning on wifi..." I have been trying many things including a factory reset but it still wont work.
View 1 Replies View RelatedI have a problem with my nexus 7. A couple of days ago the wifi connection simply stopped working. I just could not turn it on. The wifi icon did not get blue, like it should when it's turned on, and it wouldnt even search for available networks.
So, i thought this might be caused by some bug or software problem and decided to do a factory reset on my nexus 7. The problem is, that did not solve the wifi problem and now i can't even use my device anymore, as it requires a connection for setup.
Does that mean that the problem is caused by hardware malfunction? I'm not very experienced with all the android hacking or installing a CFW, or whatever.
When I use WiFi, does that count as far as data usage on my cell phone plan? The plan Im on advertises unlimited everything but the data as conditions and I've gotten two notices from the company saying I'm excessively using data so now I turn on WiFi at work and home. Does the Wifi usage count as far as data usage goes?
View 5 Replies View RelatedIs there any way to get notifications across the top of my phone or light notification when I get email, facebook, messenger, etc. when I am using wifi and have limited 3g connection? (such as when I am at work). The messages will come thru but I don't know they are there unless I actually go into the application to check them.
By the way I have a Driod Razr Maxx. I don't know what generation. I've had it for about 8 months.
When I have WiFi enabled on my Droid, most incoming SMS messages make my TV go blank and quiet. I can bring the TV back to life by selecting the other tuner in the set-top box. If I then switch back to the blanked tuner, it's working again. I can even step backwards over the part that was blanked out and view it without problems. Therefore I think that I'm getting all the signal, but something tells the set-top box to stop showing it to me.
I haven't tried to deal with Time-Warner because I'm pretty sure they'd think that I'm delusional. This is a nuisance, but I'm pretty good at the workaround now.
what I could do to make this go away? A router setting? I'm reluctant to swap my set-top box out 'cause I always have some stuff "in the bank" to watch later.

Cable and Internet from Time-Warner.
TV set-top box is a Motorola.
Cable MODEM is from Time-Warner, maker unknown.
Wireless router is a Cisco/Linksys model WRT400N.
Android devices are DroidX and DroidX2 from Motorola.
I have a question about Whatsapp, is there a way to set it so it only uses wi-fi? I have a low mobile data allowance and would rather just use wi-fi for this app.
View 2 Replies View RelatedI'm sick of dealing with Straight Talk putting me on a constant throttle, to the point where I've been averaging 2kbs per second since Saturday. That's not just throttle, that's unusable. I want to go another route and use Wi-Fi only. I get Wi-Fi nearly everywhere I go except home (and a Tracfone in case I'm in need of a phone and out of range of Wi-Fi), so I'm looking for a good internet provider. I wouldn't use much, if any, data on the computer, it'd be 99%-100% for my android only. I'd use VoIP services so my android can still be everything an android can be. Plus, I wouldn't have to worry about finding an unlocked phone online when buying a new one. Unlocked or not, it'd still work fine with the Wi-Fi/VoIP method.
Either has unlimited data (preferred) or a lot of data (like 10gbs).Is decently fast. Anything faster than a megabyte per second is fine by me. Hell, at this point, even 200kbs per second would often be faster than what I get). I'm not looking for speeds that would download a whole freakin movie in 5 seconds, but a decent speed that doesn't make me want to throw my phone out the window. I'm currently looking at Wild Blue satellite internet, which is $60 for 10gbs and is fast (supposedly). But I don't know what people think of that company.
Thinking about getting the moms a tablet for Christmas. Loving the reviews of the Asus Transformer but my original plan was getting her a 4G device so that she can use it even when wifi isn't available. Just wanted thoughts and opinions from those who have had experiences on either end and any recommendations.

My phone consumes a lot of power, when Wi-Fi is on. About 2-3% per hour. It's kind of what it should do, yeah, because You can make calls on it.
Is there a way to disable the calling function so that it would only periodically check for only messages, as I have a free-talk on all operators available in my country, and I don't use the calling function on the app obviously.
Doesn't seem to be problem with Mobile Data, as the download size is significantly lower.
I own a BLU Dash 5.0 sim unlocked from factory. It's a double sim model, which I have two sims, since the companies are spanish, let's call them Green Sim and Blue Sim (since that's how they are color coded in my status bar). It is also running Android Jelly Bean 4.2. Here is the problem. Ever since of March 20, a Chinese app appeared on my home screen, I don't know how, something called "Mobile Video" but the content was in a foreign Asian language. I suspect of my friend since I lent it to him for 15 minutes and then it appeared. Aside of this, the wifi and the Green Sim 3G was turned on.
I clicked on the app curious of it was something my friend downloaded from me, but then the app prompted me two options, I didn't know what it said since again, it was Asian. Next, I proceeded to uninstall it, going to my apps list, I was surprised to see another mysterious app, "Push_Down", that was the name. I uninstalled both Mobile Video and Push_Down.
Next day when I woke up, I found two new apps on my homescreen, and again, the Wifi and Green Sim 3G was on.These were Chinese also. I uninstalled them both and found once again "Push_Down" in my apps. After I uninstalled them, I thought the problem was finally fixed. Wrong again. Since this event, about every 2 or 3 hours, my Wifi and Green Sim 3G turn on automatically, but haven't downloaded anything new, one, because I have no credit left, and two, I have no internet at home. Ever since, daily I wake up, the same problem, the Wifi and 3G are on. I checked my SD Card, I checked my Phone Storage, both with 2 Antivirus (Avast!, and Lookout Mobile) and with Addons Detector. Surprisingly, nothing has appeared.
My last option is what hurts me most, to reset my phone, which I don't want to do since I have lots of apps installed, progress made with certain games and etc, etc. Also, I am not a root user, so I haven't rooted and won't root my phone.
