General :: Play Store 3.5.15 Not Showing Updates
Mar 21, 2012I have a problem with the Play Store 3.5.15. In previous versions, when I went to 'My Downloads' section, the applications which I can update was displayed in the top on the list, and I was able to update, but with the version 3.5.15, when an application is updates, the section 'My Downloads', in the tab 'Installed', is showing nothing. So I can't know if there are updates avalable or not

Jul 5, 2012I got my Galaxy S3 today and decided to keep my Droid X for my son for games and movies. I can access the play store from the Droid X, but it doesn't show up as a device on my Play account on the Google website. Did I miss a sync setting or something?
I had both phones on my account when I first started, even after the Droid X had already been deactivated, but it disappeared after I did a factory reset on the phone. Both phones use the same Google account to sign into the store. The Droid X is running MIUI.

Aug 4, 2013I have a Nexus 7 & a HTC Desire...I have cleared cache, cleared data and force stopped Google Play Store on both devices....an APP called Easy Money doesnt show up at all on either device....but on Google Play Store website it constantly shows as installed and I can't delete it from the list at all...I think it is causing problems stopping my devices from showing all my APPS in play store..I have tried installing and uninstalling it on both devices also but still no joy getting rid of it from the Play website.

Oct 22, 2013I use my google account on 2 devices: galaxy s3 and nexus 10 tab.i recently flashed on my s3 a paranoid rom. there, i was asked to sign in to my google account (like always when u set up a phone) but then it downloaded automatically all apps i had on my phone before (under play store ALL) and id also knew, which apps i just use on my tablet and did not install those! know, i finally found which rom i prefer to use from now on (cyanomod).
How to force playstore to restore the device like id happend on the other rom? and NO, have no other backups of my app, and the app data is not importent, i just dont want to download all apps manually.

May 31, 2012Sometimes my dad grounds me from using some of my chat apps that i use to talk to all of my friends. He always checks the Google Play Store on my phone and looks under My Apps and then All so he can see if i've downloaded one of them. If i download it from the play store it will show up here, even if i've already deleted it. I used to be able to get around this by downloading the .apk file for the app from another website, and not from the play store. That way it wouldn't show up in the My Apps section. But the other day i did this and the app still showed up in the My Apps part of the play store, even though i didn't download it from there.
Is another way to download an app so it doesn't show up after i delete it?

May 22, 2013I have the famous problem with the shared user id. Whenever I try to install it, it says "Incompatible with other application(s) using the same shared user ID". I have tried putting it directly to /system/app, and I also have followed this guide [URL] ....., but with no result. It seems to rebuild this file in the reboot, so it's useless. I have a chinese phone without CWM recovery, so I can't flash anything, but I do have root. How to install Google play services in any way!

Aug 25, 2012But just recently i noticed my phone acting weird. Seems when i open google play store and do a search, Most recently i did "Weather Widgets"
It will return with like 6000 app results. Normally when you click the apps bar it takes you to the app results, When you scroll down and you reach the end of the list it will auto load the next group of apps.
Well now when that happens it no longer loads anymore results and it stays stuck on the first 10~15.BUT this is the weird part.. IT ONLY DOES IT FOR APPS and GAMES.Music and Books the list loads as usual.
So far i have wiped the cache / data and just tried uninstalling the recent update and took it back to version 3.7.15 but google play auto updates itself back to 3.8
How to stop google play from auto updating? soon as i wipe it back to 3.7 it auto updates back to 3.8

The two by martetrut and the casino one. I tried searching my phone for any trace of these apps and found nothing other than their appearance on this list.
Today, I looked at my list and now more mystery apps have appeared, with another app by that martetrut dev.
I downloaded lookout and Norton and ran several scans and they didn't pick up anything.... I'm a little concerned.

Can I extract it from the stock Nexus ROM? Which files do I need? Again, I don't want to download some gapps.zip, but want to know the procedure myself. (I've tried installing some apps from the apps/ directory in the stock rom, only Maps.apk did work.)

Jan 3, 2013I am having an issue on my Asus Transformer Prime tablet. I had my account on there and downloaded a bunch of apps and games. My wife signed up for an account and we added that one and removed my account as she has taken over my tablet. LOL. The app/game says there is an update but when we go to the Play Store it will not allow us to update it, it only shows OPEN and UNINSTALL. If I add my account back onto the tablet the option for update is there.
Is there anyway to update the apps/games without my account being on there? I thought about just deleting the game and re-installing it under her account but that would erase all of her progress in the game.

General :: CM 10.1 / Nexus 4 - Blank Play Store / No Apps Shown
Feb 11, 2013I have CM10.1 20130210 on my phone. (Had 20130208 when I noticed the problem, But I dont think thats the cause). I normally check for CM updates & Play Store every night. Yesterday I wanted to check the Play Store but when I opened it it took me straight to the Categories page (It normally takes me to some "General Featured" page).
When I go into any of the categories it takes me to another categories menu (Example: Games>Racing/Puzzle/Action/Etc.) then if I enter any of those it just takes me to a grey screen, As if there were no apps.
I tried going into My Apps & Its blank. If I go into the All tab though they all show, Clicking on one of those apps does take me to its page & If I try to download a previously uninstalled app it does download and work properly.
Something very weird: The same thing happens in the Webstore, No app shows when going into Editor's Choice & When manually going into the categories its just blank. Going into app pages via my own apps do work.
I've tried clearing the data of the Play Store (Settings>Apps>All>Google Play Store>Clear Data)
I've tried reflashing my phone (Thats why I went from 20130208 to 20130210)
I've tried Force Stopping, Clearing data & Rebooting
I've tried unsyncing & Resyncing my Google Account
I've tried uninstalling & Reinstalling Gapps (goo.im/gapps)
I've tried unsyncing account, Force stopping & Wiping Google Play Services, Store & Services Framework. Then uninstalling them & Reinstalling. Resyncing Google account & Going back in. Still nothing. (At this point Im pissed)
I've tried changing the DPI from 320 (Default) to 220, 200, 300, Etc. Nothing...

Jun 11, 2012I have a Verizon Galaxy Nexus, rooted and running AOKP build 38. There are several key apps that show as "not compatible with my device" in the Google Play Store. What causes this? I've been running these apps forever and all different roms. Apps like HD Widgets and Adobe Flash Player are a couple that are doing this. Is there a way to fix this or is it a per-ROM problem?
