i have a Vodafone uk samsung galaxy s II, I i have a problem that urdu/arabic fonts do not display correctly on my phone i mean these fonts are not installed on my device, my phone is not rooted, neither do i want to root it, how to enable or install arabic/urdu fonts on my device ?

The android version supplied with this device Vodafone 845 (Huawei U8120) do not support Arabic.
finding a ROM that supports Arabic for that device ?
It could be the Vodafone Egept ROM or a mpre recent rom like ICS that has built in arabic.

Can someone please tell me where/how I install arabic font on my Htc desire?After doing a moderate amount of research I'm guessing I'm going to need to download a rom. View 2 Replies View RelatedI have lg su760 the Korean version and I wanted to install a rom which has working Arabic language.i followed the guides but I couldn't get the omap drivers to work because I don't have the lg original usb cable,but mine works well with adb.i rooted it using super click and installed cwm.when I installed the rom ,it didn't boot again but got stuck at the lg logo.,then I found out that I had to flash xloader and boot.img.now I can boot to cwm but cannot mount usb and it doesn't read sd cardsas it gives me an error.

View 4 Replies View RelatedI am new to Android, so please bear with me. It so happens that whenever I open the physical keyboard I can only type Arabic characters. I have tried unselecting the arabic language and changing between "motorola keyboard" and "Mobidiv keyboard" to no avail. It does not happen with the on-screen keyboard, that one is working fine. Its ridiculous, I am writing just fine on-screen, I open the keyboard and the Arabic characters start appearing.

View 3 Replies View RelatedI tried everything to add arabic support to a Galaxy Ace Plus GT-S7500, note that arabic works and the letters are arranged in the correct order, they are just not connected.
What i tried,
1) replace the font, the font changed but still the same problem
2) attempt to replace framework folder of an arabic supported stock , an Egyptian Version, it should have arabic support, using the same method as installing a custom rom, using a CWM and a zip with a script to extract those files to the correct location, but i got bootloops.
3) I tried to replace the entire system folder with system folder of the Egyptian Stock ROM, same problem, bootloops.
4) Finally i tried to replace system.img.ext4 from stock firmware with the Egyptian system.img.ext4 and install it through odin3, but it would complete.
And now im out of options, unfortunately this phone has no dedicated forum i could find nor many custom roms, not that i want them as this isn't my phone and i'd like to keep it the same as it as.
I'm completely stuck with this bootloop thing. so i got this Tiphone A508 with mt6572 inside. the spec is android 4.2.2, 3.5inch screen, 320x480pixels, dual camera (2mp and vga), and this writing in the 'about phone' :

That's all i can remember about my phone because the cellphone is now in bootloop state. it happened after i installed a new font using ifont from the playstore. and the stupid thing about it is i don't have any usable backup.
I thought i had installed cwm recovery on the phone but i was mistaken, it was just the stock recovery (recovery 3e). and the backup i made with the stock recovery is completely useless. I tried installing flashable zip stock jellybean font via the stock recovery but it always said 'installation aborted'.
I am using LG optimus g e975 korean in Pakistan. the problem is that i can't read urdu language in browser or type urdu in messages. becaus urdu language words show separately. i can't join urdu words alphabet. all urdu words shows separate separate... Andriod 4.1.2 install..

I have busybox installed as well as root access.
I want to change the font of the Stock Android 4.2.2 keyboard and the default bold font of all the widgets on the launcher homescreen.
I have no clue which font maps to which so I simply went to Font Installer's preferences menu and selected any font with a "-bold" suffix to be replaced. All I ended up with was a boot loop.
Or is there something in addition to this that I should be doing before attempting a reboot? And what font am I actually supposed to change?

I just got my memory card, looking forward to root/mess with my tab, but when I used Odin to flash CWM and Rebooted the device, its still the stock recovery.
I was told I could flash 4.0.3 and go from there but GT-P3113_XAR_1_20120412104938_ldcgx9tzmx.zip Is a zip file and not recognized by odin, What do I do now?
I unzipped the archive, inside wan an MD5 recognized by odin, currently trying to flash that.
