Im using Jelly Bean. I have a ton of "trusted credentials" which i dont know where they came from. (a few are in another language, which makes me concerned). I would like to clear them all out, but doing them one by one would be extremly tedious and time consuming. I see their is an option to remove all certificates, however it is disabled/grayed out.

I can clear data or uninstall the app, but it never again asks for permission. I'm having trouble tracking down a bug because I can only test the bug conditions once per phone.

"Credit card" is greyed out so all I can do is hit "Cancel" and go back round in the circle.This is the first time I've tried to buy an app.Can anyone tell me what to do next ? Having recently had to reenable a mail account, and I was asked for my credentials storage password. If now I don't recall ever having set it up.
when I go to configure it asks me for the current password before allowing me to art and new one.. given I have not set a credentials storage password before, what should I be ntering? I is there a default credentials storage password?
I got the solution of get back to the first activity by pressing previous button without changing data of first activity. Now, the user will enter his credentials. When he click to proceed further, the credential details will directly go to the server and server gives response with the cookie and that cookies should be store in my phone for the usage for the future. It means that when the user again run the application he should directly logged in into the application, e.g., www.mail.yahoo.com.

The problem is exactly as it sounds. I have my RSD up, it recognizes my phone, i have my SBF selected, but the start button is grayed out and I cant select it...
Since a few days, we get an increasing number of reports of users that are unable to uninstall multiple of our applications. Often people give a 1 star rating in the market then, is it possible to fix this?
Our users comments are for instance: "Uninstalled it yet still appears as installed with buttons greyed out" "This has been uninstalled from my phone for about a month and the icon won't go away. I'll click it and its like I have it installed." "Its a fun app until you decide to uninstall it. It then shows as installed in the market and seemingly a fixture. Can't get rid of it."
This is for 3 different apps, and none of these apps have been forward- locked. We have told some users that emailed us already that they should try rebooting their phone because the market sometimes gets stuck, but that didn't help.
Got my nice shiney Desire HD yesterday. First HTC phone, first Android phone. Impressed on so many levels, but also have some questions and one problem.
1. How can I remove apps that are pre-installed like soundhound, talk, stock. The remove option is greyed out.
2. Can I create a sub folder in the menu tree and move like games into one. I have created a sub folder on the home page, but cant rename it from 'folder'
3. My phone picks up WiFi signal at home everytime I am in range. Does this mean WiFi is always on, searching. My experience from my E71 showed me this kills battery. I seem to struggle to get more than 10 hours life from the battery, what gives.
Can anyone help with a problem I have? I created an activity (extending a list activity) and have it populating with a list of peoples names, however when I scroll up or down it automatically greys out the whole list view until you stop scrolling. Just curious as to what I am going to mess up? deleting the dns server from the menu provides an error(type a valid IP)

Whenever a new notification appears in my notification bar on stock gb rom its always accompanied by the same four browser notifications from months back saying download completed.
I downloaded some images off net for my blog using browser and even when I click clear to clear the notifications its only the same four download completed ones reappear.
Is there some way to manually remove them permanently assuming they are stored on device and for some reason not getting deleted properly?
Is there a mod that enables clear all?

But when trying to change the SIM, to use an other phone number or upgrading the SIM model.It forces to erase private data.Message says: "A new SIM card is being used. All private data must be cleared before you can continue"If no option its selected it erases it, hate to do a backup to just change the SIM or imposible to change the SIM on the fly.Its Rooted, so looking forward to edit any file and line in the db files to fix this problem.
