I have 2 tablets in this model, one is stuck on boot android logo , and the other one is ok working. Same brand same model same operating system, same all.
I wonder if i make an backup from working tablet and then transfered the backup file to stuck tablet....

I recieved a 7" tablet as a gift, however I don't know what model or make it is ( I don't really know much about android). All it says on the box is Tablet PC so I was wondering if there was a way to find out by using the system. I already have checked the model number and all of the stuff in the settings, and none of it seems to work.

I know this may sound simple but am under the impression that when you make a backup of your ROM and other files on your device, it has to stay on the device.
When making a NANDROID backup, is it safer and more useful if one can store those backups on one's computer ?
Am sure there's a way to do this but am not sure if there's already an app for it.

View 4 Replies View RelatedRecently I have rooted my android tablet and I was exploring what I could do. One guy was telling me about an app that can work with performance in game(ChainFire 3D). He said it lowers the pixels in the game to run better. I tapped the install button and it said rebooting now. It then started to reboot but then proceeded to get stuck at the boot screen. I tried doing a hard reset but it is still stuck. I have also tried flashing the stock rom, but I get installation aborted when I try and install it.

i was trying to restore factory when it froze. i cannot use buttons to enter recovery mode. i made a back up in uberizer but am unable to find .how to use. also since this is happened i cannot load any driver to recognize the tablet into windoes 7device manager.

View 2 Replies View RelatedI have a Chinese 7 inch Tablet named Luv Pad AD701 based on Allwinner A10 processor. I installed "CWM 6.0.1.2_a10" and then rebooted to recovery mode. Now I am stuck in the loop of CWM Recovery mode. The tablet only opens recovery mode and desn't boot normally. I triesd to flash a new ROM but it says

This tablet doesn't have volume up or down button.It only has power, back and option button.
I received a generic Chinese table. it worked well for about two-and-a-half months. Then, just recently, I discovered rooting and the wonderful things it allowed you to do. I decided to download a system-tweak app, which included a CPU control. I was a little wary of overclocking my CPU, having heard it may decrease its life expectancy, but finally I thought "What the heck?" and in a brilliant stroke of genius cranked my 1Ghz processor up to 1.5Ghz, and it promptly froze, forcing me to power it down. When I turned it back on, I discovered that it had been factory reset. I re-installed my apps, including the system-tweak app, and decided not to touch the CPU controls for a while. Soon after, while at my sister's talent show, I discovered I had about 30% battery life, and I was still supposed to record her. So I figured I'd underclock it to save the battery.
Unfortunately, as my finger touched the slider, my brother bumped my arm and caused me to lower the CPU frequency to its lowest setting. It became extremely sluggish, almost to the point of being unresponsive, and finally I had to shut it down. When I restarted it, it started to boot but then got stuck on the shimmering Android logo, and now that's all it does. I can't even boot into recovery mode, and unfortunately I had just turned off USB debugging that same day.
I have a Panasonic FZ28 camera and a Pipo max 1 android tablet. I shall be taking both to a remote part of Canada in a few weeks. Any software program that will allow me to transfer photographs directly from my cam onto the Tablet, without taking my lap top with me?

I believe it is identical to the Ematic EM63 and the MID-AM789 (Google "AM789" for specs since I apparently can't post links yet). I rooted it using Shaume (It's not in english, I just clicked the button that said "root"). I was trying to improve the tablets gaming performance, so I installed the Chainfire 3D driver, and now my tablet won't boot. It gets stuck on the "DOPO" logo, never gets to the boot animation. I can enter recovery mode, so I tried the "wipe/reset" option, but it didn't work. I think I need the stock ROM or a compatible custom ROM to flash to the tablet so it can run again, but I can't find any ROMs that would work and don't really know how to flash it.

View 2 Replies View RelatedI rooted my galaxy tab 2 7.0 yesterday and flashed cm10.1. Everything was working great until I tried changing my boot animation. When I tried rebooting it rebooted but there was no boot animation and then once it rebooted half of the screen displayed black(it isn't broken because the backlight is on and it works fine when it is in recovery) I boote into recovery and tried restoring it from a backup I made of the stock rom but it keeps saying E: signature verification failed.

Ive tried it with titanium backup, but the app crashes on load using the moto g.

The app on my xperia was built in to the phone and seems to be developed by gracenote.
There is a Sony version on play store which is virtually the same but updated and slicker looking.
Ideally I'd like to use the new app, using the history from the old app, but have read the databases are incompatible.

As a last resort, I'll start again with the new app, but would like to extract the history from the old trackid on my xperia and save as a text file. I dont really want to have to type /write down the list manually!

when i try to use the encrypt tablet, it goes to the black screen with Android Logo doing nothing for hours.

My mom bought a $200 tablet from some no name company named linsay. It's model is a Cosmos F-10HD. It's an all right little tablet but it comes without the play store. When I try simply installing the play store apk it works for a while until i try to actually get an app but then it crashes and i can no longer open the store. I think this may be due to read write permissions but I don't think I can modify those without root access. So is there some way to get the play store working properly on this tablet without root access? And if not is there some way I can root this device and then install it?
