Im looking for a digital clock widget that is just the clock. No weather or anything like that. Sounds simple enough? Well, the problem is, I find all these nice clocks but theyre all 1x2 or even 1x1. Im looking for something atleast 1x4. 2x4 is fine also. I like beautiful widgets but I dont want the weather.

The android widgets only show an analog clock and I can't find any widgets under HTC widgets. Nothing. At all. No widgets whatsoever... Anybody had this issue, can help me out here? View 7 Replies View RelatedI have had the Hero since it came out, and I am actaully liking it more and more. Android is awesome, and HTC Sense is really cool. My only problem is The digital HTC clock (the white one) that looks like the old fashoined clock with weather under it is extremely laggy. For example I will turn my phone on (awake it) unlock the phone and in the upper right of the phone the time will be correct, say 4:55, then the big HTC clock will say 4:37 (usually the time is the last time since the phone was on) after 2-3 seconds it will adjust to the right time, it happens very often and happens whenever the phone goes from minute to minute. (5:15 in upper right, 5:14 on HTC clock) I have read threads about the clock being an hour off but mine is the right time and hours it is just laggy. Also it is not rooted, and when sprint sent the over the air update I downloaded that and it is still laggy and was before that. Is anyone else having this problem? turning it on and off does nothing at all, and I had to do a hard reset about 3 weeks ago and that didnt't help either.

In particular, it needs to be a world clock (ie: not the normal time on your phone, configurable to some other time), it needs to be a digital clock, and it would help if it supported military time format. I'd also like it to be smallish, in that it takes no more than 2 icon slots on my screen. I have a Milestone and for some ungodly reason we have all this empty space around icons in a 4x4 screen. Any help would be appreciated. The world clock on my phone is a regular dial-style analog clock, looks like it takes 2x2 icon slots, and is difficult to read. Plus, being analog, there's no way to tell AM/PM.

When device is in sleep and I switch it back on, the widget is still 'stuck' behind time and doesn't get updated for a few seconds. Anything I am doing wrong? I am using Nova Prime launcher. I first noticed the problem when I hid the notification bar via Nova settings. I had since enabled the notification bar but the problem still persists.

I'm tired of clock widgets that look like crap when the launcher is in landscape mode (or, if they look good in landscape, they look like crap in portrait), like HD Widgets or Beautiful Widgets.
I've only found one widget that changes its layout completely (read: not just stretches in one dimension and contracts in the other) to adjust itself to its new allocated area: Accuweather. See the attached images for what I mean. Notice the layout is completely different, and nothing overlaps/looks stretched/tiny. Both modes look great.
Now, my problem with Accuweather is that I'm looking for something darker, that looks better with the wallpaper. Do you know of some widget that does the same as Accuweather (different layouts for portrait/landscape) and allows customization?
Running into another issue regarding my S4 here. Before the 4x2 clock widget I had would always be in sync to that of my carrier's time. Now, when I scroll around my phone or go back to check the time or even after unlocking my device, the widget is a good minute or two behind of my actual provider's time. It takes itself about 30 seconds to correct itself, I was just curious if there is anything I can do to fix this issue?

I downloaded dashclock, added the weather widget extension, and enabled dashclock in dynamic notification options. But nothing shows up on my dynamic notification screen.
