I developed one application its apk file size is 1.x mb.i uploaded apps into android market. when i check application on market it's size 2.x.why my application size is increase on android market. is there any possibility to reduce the size of apps on android market.

Does App size increase after upload to the And. market?
I have uploaded an App to the market, name is CLIMATE DATA FINDER. But, its size looks increased over 12MB on such as androidpit and anroilib sites.
Actually, my App size is 6mb on my PC.
Tell me reason about it?

In my application, there are many images and long sounds. My folder "res" just uses 3,7mb and there is nothing else in my game beside the quellcode. So WHY is the size of my game in the market 8mb?
I've just released an update to my app and the apk file is 3.5mb on my system. It is reported as 3.5mb in the developer console. But in the market it is showing up as 7.02mb. I'm now getting comments that that app is too big and I feel people may not purchase it if they think it will take up 7mb of space.

Is there anyway to increase mms message size? On my old TP2 I had my limit set at 5mb and I didn't have an issue Sprint to Sprint, only sometimes with Verizon. 1. mmcblk0p1 1024 ebr1
2. mmcblk0p2 10.00 MB protect_f ->EXT4
3. mmcblk0p3 10.00 MB protect_s ->EXT4
4. mmcblk0p4 750.00 MB android ->EXT4
5. mmcblk0p5 376.00 MB cache ->EXT4
6. mmcblk0p6 1.20 GB usrdata ->EXT4
7. mmcblk0p7 1.27 GB fat ->VFAT
Now, mmcblk0p7 (1.27 GB of vFAT) partition is used as sdcard1 but I also have a 8GB of mnt/sdcard partition. So, the mmcblk0p7 partition is totally useless in my phone. My questions are:
1. Can I add/merge mmcblk0p7 partition with mmcblk0p6 (/data) partition?
2. Or, Can I re-size/increase my mmcblk0p6 (/data) partition from mmcblk0p7
3. Or, Can I make the mmcblk0p7 as a swap partition like linux OS?
