I am using an application for obtaining the raw data from the image sensor on an Android device. The files I am getting out are in the YUV420SP format,and XnView does not supprt it. Does anyone knows which software I could use to get a proper image? (to convert it)

In my android application I an storing an image file in internal memory using below code-

and when the program running it's not get inside to the if (these mean that imgFile.exists() is false)
I developed a cramfs rom for the np7 after user dochoppy found root for the nextbook premium 7 tablet, but he then converted to ext3 which because its packed with features will be more popular. So I am trying to edit his ext3 rom in Ubuntu 11.10 and here is what I do:
1. Copy and paste system.img to desktop
2. Create a folder called system on desktop
3. In command prompt:
cd ~/Desktop
Sudo mount -t ext3 -o loop system.img system
(Asks for pw)
4. Doc said something about only being able to edit as root, so after some Googling I find out how to create a program that grants root.
5. (Open "run as" program) then I type "nautilus /home"
(Asks for pw)
6. Navigate to mounted system and I have read/write privileges (but only in this window)
7. View the system mount properties, and it says I have 14.2 mb free space on device
8. Delete files throughout the system folder to make room (but when I refresh properties, free space increase doesn't show)
9. Try to add my own files after deleting some others, ans rather than using the increased space, it just fills the fourteen megs before telling me "device is out of memory "
why is the system not physically making the proper system increase and decreases.
Is there anything the Dalvik VM supports (in terms of bytecode) which is not used currently because the .class files don't have it?
As an example, if people would write their own Source-to-DX converter for their functional language XYZ, would they be able to implement e. g. full tail calls although the .class file does support tail calls only under certain circumstances?
I am able to read incoming messages via bluetooth from my phone. I want to parse the incoming stream (new CAN message in xml format every 100 ms), read the value in the message and display a graphic on the main screen of phone. Now android won't read it (doesn't show up in storage) nor will it mount it when connected via USB so I can't put it back to FAT32/exFAT
Installed Paragon's NTFS mounting tool which mounts the drive but it's still not showing up in storage or being mounted via USB.How can I format it back to FAT so it will be read by windows and/or android? I'm surprised there is no SD Card formatting apps out there.
i took my sd card out (before i realized my pone was on) and i put it back in and get "Blank SD Card" even though i have a bunch of stuff on it. How can i fix this or format it? because i really want to use my camera but the phone wont format it! i click format and nothing happen!

I have one Base64 class which accept byte array and return a string.I am sending image into chunks of data.I am creating creating one chunk of 100kb. If image is less than 100 kb then image is uploaded on server, but if it is greater than 100kb (i.e when it requires more than one chunk) then it will not uploaded. I think it is because I am converting image into Base64 in parts and on server it decode it only in one shot. Now I want to send a image for conversion of Base64 only in one chunk. But if image is too large then it throw OutOfMemoryException (Obviously after all it is mobile having very limeted resources).

I would like to perform frame by frame animation with a file of this type. I don't want to have each frame as drawables in the resource directory. Everytime I tried to google it I would just get a list of all the sound/music formats supported by android, but never just the format that the stock sounds are in. Is it different for different brand of phones. I didn't think it was, i figured all android phones used the same file formats, but you never know, so I figured I would ask. But either way, what file format the notification/alert sounds are in.

Old phone messed up trying to switch contacts to new Android phone. Old phone is unfortunately not usable. I backed up contacts on old phone and have them in a .pbf (not .pdf) stored on my PC, but I can't open the file to read it. How do I open up a .pbf file? The P700BT had no issues playing music off my Hero through the USB cable attached to the receiver (just have to mount USB). The P4100DVD however when connected just says "format read" and will stay there. Just trying to figure out if there is a work around to get the USB cable to work with the P4100DVD?? I miss being able to control the music on my phone from the receiver. That is why I am not using the AUX jack. I have also tried turning the USB debugging on and off on my Hero. I know the USB works. I plugged in a thumb drive and it read the music fine.
