Dolphin has released their new version Dolphin Browser HDin the Android Market and it is designed for Android 2.0+. Team MGeek kept working over several months to have the new version of Dolphin Browser HD. This new version is blazing fast compare to the old versions, which is the best multi_touch for android browser and the best android browser support addons. I think it was inevitable that Dolphin Browser HD would lead to a new Browsing wave to shock and awe us with its release for the Android platform. There are a number of big improvements of Dolphin's next generation mobile web browser including lots of addons, gesture for URL, windowsflicking, best Multi_touch pinch zoom and etc. I'll cut to the chase. The new Dolphin sets the add_ons apart from the main program so that you could browse in a quicker way than the old version and other browsers. Let users make their own choices. Then, you could set up a series of custom gestures to control everything from navigating forward or backward to opening your bookmarks.
Anytime you want to perform one of those commands, you just touch the gesture symbol and draw in your lines. And the new is that the Gesture has been updated to represent the URL and you also can create a gesture from bookmark. Moreover, the interface for window flicking also allows you to view and manage all of your opened tabs without leaving your current webpage. Last but not the least, Dolphin Browser HD gets smoother and more responsive multi_touch pinch zoom and double tap zoom. You pinch your fingers together to zoom in, pinch them apart to zoom out.It couldn't be simpler. Marketplace thinks I have this application installed, but won't let me uninstall it. Rumor is that re-installing the APK file will fix it, but there is none to be had on the web. Anyone have the APK file for dolphin? It needs to be 1.2.99 (or later) because the package name was changed in that version.

Good news, since many of you had reported that you want Adblocker in our Dolphin Homepage survey, now we release this alpha version of this promising add-on. This release is the simple version including basic functions: block images in websites and add filters. Definitely, we wanted to get some feedback on it from you. Your valuable suggestions are the best way to support our work. Maybe our Adblocker is immature, but we are proceeding to make it better and better. More features will be coming soon since we are now making investigation on it.

I have visited Dolphin Browsers facebook today and discovered 3 new themes now available for Dolphin Browser HD on Android Market. I have tried each one, very simple ones. So as Dolphin users, we have more choices now. Personally I prefer the red one because I like strawberry very much. Looks very sweet. First off let me say that of all browsers I've tried so far. This is by far my favorite. Except one really annoying thing which keeps me from using it. There are tabs that come out if you sidescroll preventing me from sidescrolling the page also preventing me from selecting text. Anyone know how to disable or work around this?

In the agreement of the Dolphin Browser HD, it states that Dolphin will collect data about the user in something called user experience analytics.I've been trying to find information about this, to no avail. I've searched everywhere.Has anyone read this agreement?Can anyone give me information about what they collect? It seems very open statement, in which they could practically take anything.

I've set Dolphin to be my default browser that way when I open links from emails and such it'll use Dolphin. But at times I want to use the Stock Browser, I'll just open up "Internet" but when I get there and click on a link from within the Stock Browser, it'll open it up and move me to Dolphin. I pretty much want to say "Hey, if I open up the Stock Browser, I want to use it but otherwise use Dolphin for everything else".

After about a day of using dolphin hd I think I'm noticing extra lag in just about everything. Especially switching apps and loading the home screen. My keyboard has lagged a few times too. Ive got a fascinate with launcher pro plus. Anyone else seeing this? What can I do other than uninstall?

How do you open a link in a new tab when using the dolphin browser? I assumed long pressing the link would bring up an option but it does not, unless its just mine. I am running 2.0.1 on droid if it makes a difference.

I just did a backup/factory reset/restore and I used my backup. It didn't backup my dolphin browser I lost the app completely along with my bookmarks. It didn't restore my more widgets app. My ringtone and notification sound were all wrong. It didn't restore my handcent settings. I an very disappointed in this app. I was expecting it to be just like before the rest by the way people talk about it like its a godsend. All it did was put a few apps back on my phone. Plus it took forever to do what little it actually did! I could have done that in the same amount of time by me just by writing down the app names!

I was hesitatnt to download it, but I love tabbed browsing so i figured I'd give it a shot. Well i love the browser itself, but I tried downloading a ringtone from myxer.com and it says it cant finish downloading because i need to clear space on my phone. But i have space and i tried using the stock browser and it worked fine.

I have my Dolphin bookmarks set to sync with my Google account. When I tell it to sync, I don't receive any errors. It tells me downloading bookmarks / uploading bookmarks.
However, when I go to my Google bookmarks, I don't see anything. I am going here:

When viewing sites with a lot of Flash ads like GameFAQs I get an annoying popup telling me that I have lost the data connection and the page could not be loaded. Only the ads are not loading, but I'd like a way to ignore or fix this.

1. When I close out of the browser and come to it later, all of my previous tabs are still there. How can I set it up where when I re-open my browser, it starts out fresh and no previously opened tabs still there?
2. This is a big one for me and will delete it if I cannot get it to work. With the stock browser, it was easy sharing pics from the web with one click. With Dolphin, I cannot long hold a picture and hit "Share". There's just a View and Save option. So to send to someone, I have to save it, and then send it. Just extra steps I do not want to take and I do not want to pile up a bunch of un needed pics.

recently I've started using Dolphin on my android phone, and I'm wondering if there's a way to move all my bookmarks from my desktop browser (Opera 10.60) to Dolphin since I have a lot of bookmarks and having to manually add all of them would be a huge pain.

Well I just downloaded the Dolphin Browser on to my Incredible today. I noticed that playing videos was actually better with putting it in the Iphone mode. In fact I cant even get it to load with the android mode, and the desktop mode while it has better quality because its loading the actual site video, the video seems to skip and frame rate. So sound comes before the lips or vice versa. On the Incredible the best video loader by far is You Tube player, that seems to be the best and I can even put videos in high quality mode.
I wish I could play every video with the you tube video player as it is the clearest and sharpest video player out of everything that plays on the web. the 2nd best browser for playing videos is the skyfire browser, but that for me only works half the time and can seem like a pain. Anyone got any suggestions to making the video work better that would be great, coming from the moto droid to this phone for video reasons, am very unhappy with so far. I hope in the future that they can fix this problem of mine. Its just so pix pix-elated.
