I wish it wasn't so hard to use data while on a call. It sometimes works with Wifi but in time it will disconnect, and not reconnect until you end the call. WHEN WILL THIS BE FIXED! Its supposed to be a smart phone after all.

Your PCS vision username or password may be incorrect. I tried the fix that is on the website for the error code 67 but when I go to setting /about phone/ to the system software update I need web access to update the profile on my phone. So can anyone help me with this problem with have to call Sprint?

The most recent time it happened I remember that I happened to have the phone in my hand when it rang so i answered it immediately but i heard nothing on the other end... they called back again and this time i let it ring twice before answering it and didn't have a problem that time...

When an incoming call comes in after my phone has been dormant for a while (screen off), I am often unable to answer it, because the phone just hangs for about 5 or 10 seconds. That is to say, the phone rings, and the screen lights up and displays the caller ID, but when I try to drag the slider down on the screen to answer the call, nothing happens -- the screen is basically frozen up. It hangs like this for a few seconds -- just long enough that I'm unable to answer the call in time.
Does anyone else have this problem? Do you guys think this is a software issue or a hardware issue? And, most importantly, does anyone know of a fix for this?
First post here....biggest issue with the Hero is that when you are in a call, the screen time's out. If you are in a call that you need to hit numbers, then you have to hit the power button, then swipe, then get to your keypad. Is there a way of preventing the screen from timing out while in a call? If I switch to "never", will that stop it?

At my house my phone shows 2-3 bars and between 84-93db most of the time. Is that good? what should be a standard for evaluating signal strength? Sorry if this has already been done. In past threads i've seen posts re: decibals but none i've ever seen has stated what the norm/standard is or what a person should expect. As far as flashing a new radio I know its trial and error. I was playing with the phone a couple days ago and came across a setting that let me decide what the power/end call button would do when pushed, IE: go to sleep, go home then go to sleep, nothing.
