Before it was easy to highlight a typed word, double tap on the word, and then respell it or change the capitols. Now it´s very difficult to make that action happen and I find it easier just deleting the word and spell it again.
This is, for me anyway, less user-friendly than the 1.6 version! I´m hoping that this will be solved in future updates or if anyone of you experts out there have a solution. Changing to other programs as "handsent sms" is not a solution for me!
I just bought my xperia x10 mini pro. it comes with a lot of applications. Even games where the trial period has expired. I can't remove them at all. I can only remove those i install myself.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI wonder if I can change the default settings for my calendar to "no reminder" and also to create an event in my calendar called "SonyEricsson" instead of the calendar named after me (since only the calendar called "SonyEricsson" synchronizes with sonyericsson's server and my other phone). Now I have to change to these settings for every new event I create. And if I forget to change the calendar to SonyEricsson I can't switch it later for some weird reason.
If this is not possible, do you know what else I can do? Explanations how to sync the calendar named after me, delete this calendar so SonyEricsson is chosen as default or any other suggestions are welcome.
TTS extended is needed to use text to speech but yet when I searched the android market, the web with either manual input or QR code, the result is none.

But now, I can browse the apps in Market, but everytime downloading fails (for any and every app).I am using wi-fi for this. Internet works fine. I have updated my X10 mini to Android 2.1.Every thing seems working fine except the Android Market app.I can search, and browse Android Market.But I am failing to download ANY app from the Market.The download icon does appear; but after a while it says "download paused".I searched through different forums and found that one very common suggestion is to boot the phone by pressing "Power" and "Home" key.No luck by booting either. Can some one please suggest some remedy for the problem?

View 2 Replies View RelatedI rooted my phone a few days ago to remove all the useless apps that the phone comes with. I basically got ride of a code reader, some stupid games, and a bunch of "trial version" applications. I just noticed now that I can't download apps from the Android Market anymore, and this is probably what caused it. Everything else on my phone still works perfectly. When I try to download an app from the Android Market, I select the app to be downloaded, press "Install", then press "OK" when it gives me the list of what the app has access to. Once I press "OK" a popup appears that says "Your Item Will be Downloaded". That's it. Nothing appears in the notification bar, and the download doesn't go at all. So I guess my question is. what would I have deleted to cause this problem? I unrooted my phone again since. Maybe a google app or something? And if so, I need the APK for it! Yeah, yeah I was an idiot, I know. Don't mention it. Here's what I've tried so far after searching this issue: - Cleared the cache and updates for all Google-related apps

View 1 Replies View RelatedAs the title says, i've lost the default image viewer. My phone had a minor update which changed the way it receives further updates and added Backup & Restore.
But since I have lost the default image viewer. So without crappy mediascape I'm no longer able to click through my images, zoom and set as wallpaper. Has anyone else come across this? Is there a way I can download default software again? Pretty agrovate about this, x10 has been a nightmare since day 1.
