Is there any best bluetooth headset for xperia x10 my in call volume is soo low when im outside i cant hear a thing.and i dont like the stock headset that comes in box when i talk it feels like person im talking to in on speaker so can u guys suggest any good headset for x10 and also so i could listen to music doesnt matter if its ear phones or headphones.

I am a new SE user and am still getting to grips with using the phone's features. Could anyone advise how to transfer a call from a headset back to the phone and phone to headset? Whilst I am asking inane questions, is it possible to use the phone i.e. return to menu when in a call?

View 1 Replies View RelatedSE and all X10 user, it's so great after the x10 had officially released the androind 2.1 OS,but there are few problems that i had experienced which really irritates me and disappointed me.
1) i'm not sure anyone of you has experience what i'm having here. while i'm typing the message, most of the time the qwerty keyboard's key will stuck and keep pressing even though my fingers are not touching on the screen, e.g while pressing the spacebar, it wil keep continue pressing... the most irritates me while i'm pressing backspace key it's stuck and what i've type previously all gone just that way.
2) i'm used to typing with chinese sms, while the words that i want to use was not in the small bar, there's a key to show all the words i want from the page. i scroll down and saw the words i want, but it's unresponding toward my touch, not only the words i want, but also the remaining words below the page.. why? wish you guys will be able to understand what i'm trying to say.
3) my headset was come in the box originally with my x10i, during the android 1.6 OS the button on the mic is able to answer/hang up the call.. but after updated to android 2.2, that button is not anymore useful,why?

On my old Nokia I could rename the headset so that I could recognize it by name rather than having to switch it on and wait for the X10 to find it and connect.

My phone told me I had an update to download, so I did, and I was pleased to find my wi-fi holds a lot better but not so pleased to discover my official headset is now not a compatible accessory apparently! I'm on an X10 mini locked to Orange. Funny thing also is that the phone doesn't seem to know what Baseband version it is :S
I cant find any news about this update anywhere! Anyone else had this yet?

View 2 Replies View RelatedI purchased an x10 last week which came with a mw600 blutooth headset and i discovered a very annoying bug . If u use the headset with only the Bluetooth on then it works fine however if u turn the wlan on then the Bluetooth and try to connect the headset u will then get a connection only for 2 sec then disconnects
Did anybody face the same issue? It seems the wlan signal is affecting the Bluetooth were it causes frequent disconnection to the headset
Does anyone notice that when you are using bluetooth headset, the proximity sensor doesn't work? Is it a bug in Android v2.1 or am I missing something? I'm using MW-600 with X10i Android 2.1 if that matters.

Basically, the story goes as follows...normally when I receive a call I have to do that swipe thing to accept the call, however, at very random times instead of the swipe I get the option of pressing 'Accept Call' or 'Decline Call' which are displayed on the lower part of the screen side-by-side. Now, to be perfectly honest I actually prefer the latter option but do not know why it is so random. To be clear, I have never updated my phone since I got it and I have searched the settings but not been able to locate anything which would explain this.

The same happens when I use headphones and car navigation, the sound coming out of the external speaker and headset simultaneously. But the built-in mic doesn't seem to work when I have the headphones still plugged in? So the caller can't hear me talk... Is this a setting I have overlooked? I do however have an issue with the low in-call volume and ringer volume. Its very low and struggling to hear the other party, I see from other threads this isn't an isolated issue. Will SE be sending out an update to solve this problem? It seems like a batch issue as not everyone is experiencing this fault.

View 7 Replies View RelatedThe in call and ringer volume on X10 is way too low, I can hardly hear the other party on a call at a shopping centre or food court. This is very frustrating as making a phone call is the most basic function of a phone but X10 fail in this aspect badly. I am sure a firmware upgrade can increase the volume on X10, its just a matter of whether SE will implement it. Can everyone who had low in-call and ringer volume problem of your X10 report here and hopefully SE will listen to us and give us a fix ASAP. Other than this volume problem, I reckon its a fantastic phone. But SE gotta act NOW!
