I hate the default swipe of the x10 and want to install a different one. I have lock 2.0 which is great however it doesnt remove the default swipe. Does anyone know how to disable the default lock swipe?

I would like to switch off the SE slide lock screen and just keep the android pattern screen lock method. Is it possible to turn of the slide lock screen?

My latest problem concerns the slider - its actually stuck on the setting for left handed people which isn't convenient for me being right handed and before any of you mention that it can be changed - it can't in my case.
For some reason whenever i try and grab it to switch it back in the position for right handed users - nothing happens! Ive turned my phone on/off, taken the battery out and even charged it to see if it makes any difference.
Will I still be able to use the Arc shaped unlock bar if I update to 2.1?Its kinda silly but one of the reason why I got the X10 is because I hated the bar unlock from my iphone.

View 4 Replies View Relatedfirst time on here and have a few issues with my se X10.Ok first thing is when you need to unlock the phone when it has been in standby you have the curvy finger swipe thing on the screen, when I got the phone it was at the bottom left curving up to the right, last night I did something but I have no idea what it was but it has changed sides to the bottom right, not a major issue but it is annoying me how it changed sides as i prefered it the other way when using the phone one handed, I do hope this makes sense and I hope someone can help me ??
Secondly I am having a problem connecting to my home wifi network, it will connect to some open networks nearby but not my home one, although it did the first day I got the phone but now it says it remembers the network but everytime I try to connect it just says scanning, any advice would be useful.
I have only had the phone for a week so far and overall am really pleased with it moving from a nokia 5800 after being a se man for many years, just a couple of niggly things that I am sure can be sorted, great phone though.
I'm having trouble setting SE as my default synchronisation thingy. The only options i have are Google or Do not use sync service.
