Mar 30, 2010I recently put BH_Man's stock rom onto my phone and love it accept for one thing. My plan still has MyFaves and was wondering if there was a way to add the app the phone came with back.

Mar 29, 2010Has anyone tried using GDE with the 1.6 Roms? I have and it seems the widgets I place on the home screen do not function properly. They become unresponsive and do not update. I like the ability to change the number of home screens and I like the app dock and conversation widgets built into GDE, they work fine. Other widgets don't ie., facebook, battery left, pandora and etc.

Sep 20, 2010Please help, I tried to change from the Galaxy rom to the new 1.6 Take 5 tweak since I was sick of having no vibration. And now after I flashed it, it went to the Samsung bootup screen and now is black and cant be powered on. However my computer still detects it, please can somebody help salvage my phone.

May 5, 2010I made a black bar for galaxy R10, very similar to micro's for the old version. Can't change the clock color due to it being in an ODEX file. But the notification colors are white letters and the bar is black with a white spot behind the clock. Would anyone want me to upload this? Also it has the battery mod (Just like the one in NoTwiz),

Apr 19, 2010I have a question that I'm not sure if it's even possible since they are two completely different ROMS. I have been running BH-man's Galaxy 1.6 Rom R8 and have been loving it but the two things that have not been working is starting to become a factor and Im really needing Vibrate and the default BH2 camera features. So with that being said, I went ahead and made the switch to the Behold 2 1.6 with No Twiz, and is very fast and nice, minus a few features from the Galaxy rom. Now, I have been wondering if its even possible to have the Dialer & Contact interface from BH Mans Galaxy 1.6 added to this default ROM without it messing anything up. If that is possible, would a pullpush the two files over to the 1.6 no Twiz Rom work? I know that at one point BH_Man has done this in the past but it was based off 1.5 I believe.

Samsung Behold 2 :: Speakerphone Problem With Galaxy Rom?
Jan 23, 2010does anyone know how to fix the speakerphone for bh2 with the galaxy rom? i flashed mine 6 times already tried to update 1 over and over and over still not working right it turns on sometimes with very very low volume... and sometimes it won't just turn on at all.... i have been asking people in behold2 chat but they are saying it's a known issue but i just wanna get this thing fixed and get over with because i use my speakerphone a lot but just to let you guys know who doesn't have this rom... GET IT! it's a must!

Jan 21, 2010Alright whats up people I was recently searching through and through for a way to get mobile internet without paying that ridiculous android price so as I was searching I stumbled across a regular behold forum at Samsung Behold Forum - New Proxy (TMobileX (Free Internet!)) - UPDATE: Analysis 01.07.10 -> 1500 Users because someone said free internet for it and I gave it a run to see if it would work with our behold 2 and surely enough it does.
Instructions on how to use proxy:
Open up the (default) browser on your Samsung Behold.
Type in the following address into the : tmo-x.co.cc/tmobilex/
Type in the address you want to visit in the form on the page and select whether or not you want to use my HTML trick (free; allows you to see sites in full HTML not 'WAP-stripped').

Jan 13, 2010After many attempts to try and use the terminal emulator that is already preloaded onto the behold 2 , and many failures..After trying out different Terminal Em.'s and always having my phone lag because they wernt made for it...i have finally found a way to get terminal emulator working with no lag or no slow down in performance... First you must have root,of course, Next, Use an app called root explorer or something similar and goto the folder /system/app/ and find the two files Term.apk and Term.odex, and MOVE them to your sd card from your phone,you want them gone from your system/app folder After that simply goto the market and search for Terminal Emulator , re-download and there you have it, Working term. em. on the behold 2.Peace Ladz.

I was succesfully able to get adb to detect my phone serial. but whenever I type in: adb shell /data/local/try3 /system/bin/sh
in the CMD, it returns with "permission denied"

Dec 25, 2009This phone has the WORST idea for an sd slot.When trying to take out my sd card, i took off the cover that holds the sd card.I could use some pictures on how its supposed to look when connected. Jun 11, 2010G1 and my Behold 2 her phone had good reception and the behold had nearly none. Half the time I don't get phone calls. They go straight to VM. My roommate's BB pearl gets double the reception mine does. My other roommate's Nokia gets even better reception. All on the T-mo network. Another friend who has a G1 same thing, he has reception I don't. Not to mention the other problems I have had. This is my 3rd Behold II by the way. Been replaced twice and back to Samsung for 3 weeks once.
