From SE Macedonia they told me that my phone cannot be repaired. My gurantee is not valid because they told me that I've broken the motherboard.

Sep 3, 2010I did a factory reset yesterday, got everything up and running, now the only thing I can't remember is how to turn off the LED notifications for the default mail app and for the gmail app. The option isn't under the program's menu/settings screen.

Oct 1, 2012I was wondering how I could turn off the blinking green light on my phone every time I get a text. If I don't clear my notifications of the new text(s) right away, the blinking light kills my battery. I do want to keep the notification on my drop down bar, I just want the blinking light to stop. Is there anyway to do this? I know I can take off the blinking light and drop down bar notification, but I don't want both gone, only the blinking light.

Mar 2, 2010I have e mail set up on my Droid. I used to get a green flashing light when a new message would arrive. Somehow I had the sound alert set to silent. My Handsent would receive a sound as well (it is still set) and a flashing pink light appears on my phone. Now the green light does not come on. can I set it to and if so....how do I do it?

Aug 18, 2010I have a stock droid x. When i press the power button to lock my screen and put it to sleep when im done using my phone sometimes i get a constantly blinking blue led like im receiving an incoming call. This only happens when the phone is locked or on standby. A simple phone rest fixes this. I used a task killer and killed one app at a time thinking mabey one of my apps is causing this problem but even after killing all apps it still blinks. Any one else have or had this issue ? Any fix ideas. I have did a simple turn off the phone and it fixes it temporarily. I have also did a battery pull. Id hate to do a master reset.

Nov 2, 2010Is it possible to turn off the 3G (other than using airplane mode)? When I got my droid X a week ago it was working and now it's not. I did turn off a number of things to save battery life and I connect mainly through WiFi but not the 3G connection is not working, no 3G icon on the status bar even with airplane mode off and the phone itself working to make calls (3 bars). I've looked all over "settings" to see if there is a way to turn 3G off and on and don't find anything.

Apr 13, 2010So my phone just turned itself off when I had just restarted it and it will not come back on. I've tried battery pull(and letting it sit there several minutes), sd card pull, charging it while there isn't a battery in the phone, and charging it with the battery plugged in.I can't get the phone to come back on. I'm rooted with CM(no overclock kernel). Do you guys think if I take it to verizon to get the warranty replacement I will get a 570 dollar charge after they replace it? What I mean is do you think they will be able to test it and figure out it wasn't stock and bill me.Also, do you guys have any ideas on how to get it to come back on?
