I have a problem with my Android Tablet (not sure if Android 4.1/4.2/4.3 but well, possibly). I wanted to use it for a bit, but it froze right when I opened the browser. I pressed the switch button, it went black and then it didn't switch on or did anything at all. After a while, it worked again, not really, but well, it showed the last thing I was doing while using it, but it was still frozen and I couldn't do anything. Now it stays like that and nothing happens. I tried pressing the switch button (together with the up/down volume), but nothing happens. It stays like that, turned on and frozen. My friend suggested me to leave it like that until the battery dies (when I was last using it, it had 40-30% battery left).
My tablet is from a network brand (or whatever it is called), Cosmote (Cosmote MyTab) and it worked perfectly so far ): I'll take it to a service if it still stays like that, but I would avoid that, since my parents will think I did something wrong, even if I didn't!
Bought a cheap tablet off Amazon (running 4.2). Tried installing the SKY Go app. Unable to watch any content as it states the device is rooted (not done by me, wouldn't know where to start!). Basically, can the root be removed? i have trawled the internet for a solution. Some sites talk about super user which i cannot see anywhere.
Downloaded a file manager app, no SU in /system/bin/su or /system/app/Superuser.apk. There is one in /system/xbin/su which it will not let me delete.
My husband was playing around with my Android 4.2 tablet and somehow disabled the slide to next page feature and apparently turned on the voice only (not sure if that is what it is called but it says every movement that you make...back, home, you have 10 new messages, etc....SO annoying). I also have to double click to get to anything...SO annoying. I know I have to get to settings, but for the life of me I cannot figure out how to get to the second page of apps (where the settings is). It won't slide because it's set to double click I guess...no clue!

I've the update from the Hyundai website (hyundai-digital .cn). This download comes in a .rar file. I knew it would be impossible, but tried anyway to flash this file from the SD-card. But to make it work this way, the update should be a .zip-file.
In the .rar file are 15 files, some of them are .bin and .img files. And I've not the knowledge what I can do with these files. Unfortunately the support guide of Hyundai can not be opened and two hours Google.
Is it possible to convert the .rar file into a .zip file and flesh this file? Or can I flash the rar-file in some way?
I would really like to bet flash on my Acer 210 tablet. Anyway I can side load etc?

I want to be able to pull in google plus photos when using photoshop touch and autostitch apps etc. But their import options only access local folders on my device. I can download individual photos one at a time to a generic download folder from google plus to use, not full albums. When I try to create a new folder in gallery, and move the Picasa/Google Plus photos I get a notice saying "unsupported file." I read somewhere that there should be an option in gallery that makes photos available offline, but I don't have that. Just basically trying to be able to organize and download my g+ photos for use with these apps, in a less time consuming way.

Gmail address. I received my new tablet this morning. Turned it on and after setting up logged in with my email that have used for years and am currently using on a HTC one but I'm getting the 403 error whenever try to download an app or even re populate the tablet with the same apps I have on my phone. I've researched lots and tried the deleting cash and stop services etc. Still no joy.
I've factory reset tablet. Kept on wifi and tried again. Still the same. I've made a new Gmail account. Tried again. Still the same. I'm at a loss to what to do. If even after making a new Google log in etc it won't work where do I go now. I don't want multiple accounts I just want to have the same account across my phone and tablet. Oh and it's the lte version by the way. I've tried not entering any mobile network details and using only wifi at first and it doesn't work. Then I tried not using wifi but only using the mobile network and still the same. Also the is no proxy setting in mine to delete. I don't mind factory resetting again as I've got nothing on here anyway as I can't download any apps. With any account. Old or new.

I rushed to rooT before I even installed the latest ota and installed a custom recovery but I have been facing huge slowdown in games that should run butter smooth on my phone such as dead trigger and my friend with same mobile phone and both on stock jelly bean 4.2.2 rooted can run it butter smooth the only difference between 2 devices is that he installed the ota updates before rooting so could that be the problem?and if so is the there a way to install ota updates while rooted and if there is any custom rom without problems that works on my mobile phone that fasts everything up.
