Android :: ADW Home Page 3 Little Icons
Aug 16, 2010Just downloaded ADW and at the bottom of my home page I had 3 little icons. One was for the dialler, one was to open the app drawer and the 3rd was (I think) to dial the last number. Well I tried to see if i could change the "dial last number" (Which dialled a number OTHER than the last number dialled btw :-p) and somehow I deleted the thing.... Is there anyway I can get it back? Have tried playing around in settings and cant see it... And as fate would have it, I REALLY liked that little extra

Jul 21, 2012I have a unique idea for mobile themes.I'm working with an app coder who knows nothing about design.I'm creating the themes.I would like to do actual themes and not just wallpapers.Do I simply create like a home screen with icons? Or does the icons have to be added when coding?
I'll give an example.Does the phone icon need some type of code behind it to tell it what to do or is it simply just an image?I only know about design and a little html.zo don't know anything about app coding.
HTC Incredible :: Phone Goes Back - Reloading Home Page
Sep 6, 2010Not sure how to properly describe this but bear w/me. I'm running OTA 2.2 on a no-rooted, stock phone. No problems w/ phone what-so-ever until this morning. This morning, when I go to, let's say People or Mail or X-Scope etc, if I either hit the Back or Home button to get back to my Home screen the 2nd HTC boot screen comes up briefly (the one w/ the green HTC letters, then a blank Home screen w/ the "Loading" message briefly appears after which the screen repopulates itself w/ my icons as normal. This is happening in all applications when I hit Back or Home to return to Home. So far I've pulled the battery twice but I still have the problem. Phone is fully charged. Is this what would be considered the Forced Closing problem?

Apr 14, 2014I have the tronsmart CX-919 mini pc running 4.2 and there is an issue with the browser reverting back to the home page or the previous page. When I try to display a webpage on our intranet it reverts back to the homepage or previous page after about 3 hours. I need it to display constantly. I read somewhere that it was a Download Manager issue and disabling it would work but I can't find where to disable it. Also it was stated that Flash was an issue but i tried uninstalling it and it just reinstalled itself and the problem kept occurring. I just want to display a page in a browser and for it to stay on the screen (full screen) until I manually navigate away from it. I plan to leave it on for weeks at a time.

May 2, 2010I loaded a wallpaper into the DCIM folder on the internal memory and after disconnecting from the computer, I changed the home screen wallpaper to this picture. (the one of the predator and alien playing chess).Now all 7 home screens are completely blank. No widgets or icons. Somehow everything on the home screens has been wiped. I removed the picture from the internal memory folder.

Also, it seems to save the history, even after I delete history, cookies, caches. Why? I was told to try and keep this, as well as deleted email, empty or the phone may become slow.

Mar 30, 2010Whenever I am using any app and press the home button, the home screen blacks out for a few secs and it takes around 10 sec to get all the icons back and before I can start using my phone again. I am using a non rooted mytouch 3g.
This problem does not happen if I exit an app by pressing the back button. It becomes very annoying at times.

May 29, 2010In the stock calculator app, when you turn your phone sideways/landscape, a few additional useful functions will show up, i.e. sine, cosine, exponent... IMO, this makes it better than the calculator app found on the market since this one shows you the entire calculation that you're typing out, rather than each individual entry when you're using several functions in a row.

Under the settings for the Web Browser my dad set his home page to Google, however when he opens his browser it always opens on an AT&T Yahoo page.
