Jul 16, 2010I cant watch any videos on the internet with my evo. It sometimes loads like 30 seconds of video and then it says cant connect server, other times it just sits at the black screen with the loading bar circle and then after a while it says cant connect to server.
Has anybody else had this same problem?
Anybody know any fixes for this?

Jul 17, 2010Its taking me 15 minutes to watch 5 minute videos...Doesn't matter if im on 3g 4g or wifi...And to add to that sometimes they dont even play. Just loads for minutes...Should i call Tech or is it something im just going to have to deal with?

Dec 29, 2009I got my phone a few weeks ago and the flash player worked then. But now if I choose it, it just for a to a blank a screen. For the same video, if I choose YouTube it plays fine.

Oct 19, 2010i notice when i try to use my phone's "flash player capabilities" that it works like chit. for instance, it won't play videos streamed on justin.tv. and today i tried to go to kings of leon's website so i could listen to their new album from my phone (Kings of Leon | Come Around Sundown) but it failed to work again. i can see all the songs, click on the buttons, even track forward in the songs, but NO SOUND and the songs remain on pause and won't play. is there an update or some kind of APP i can install to where i can actually get some benefit from the flash player.

Sep 9, 2012Anyway, when i am trying to watch a movie in my adroid device (Xperia Sola), sometimes it directly opens it with flash player withing the browser (Btw i am using stock) and sometimes it wants me to open with some apps, like Movies, Quickpic and MX Player. Since i am able to play that video with flash player in my computer, i want that video to be played by flash player, not by some apps.
Actually MX Player is better in watching movies, but sometimes it cant grab the movie, but flash player makes no problem like that.
I unchecked "Play HTTP Links" in MX Player, but there is no such option in stock Movies app and Quickpic.

Jun 15, 2010most uk networks who say that their plans include unlimited internet allowance actually have a limit of 500mb per month. i am on o2's pay as you go and i get unlimited internet on my phone for each month that i top up �15. i used my laptop to tether my phone's wifi once and ended up wuth a huge bill when i found out that the "unlimited internet" was actually 500mb. if you are listening to internet radio all the time or watching online videos then this 500mb is not enough. so my question is are there any networks who actually do provide unlimited internet allowance for your hero?

I have a great wifi signal but when i try and go onto the Internet IE goggle etc i just get a default orange message saying it needs to go onto an orange network to access the Internet. Sep 13, 2009the connection via my wifi is intermittent at best - usually telling me page not available / connection error , occasionally it does connect but hangs up when searcging - the weather widgets / gmail update regularily . I have used the browser , google widget and downloaded mini opera - all same problem. Secondly , I havn't been able to view youtube vids and only minimal success with beeb player {this may be more to do with the connection dropping off but what I saw wasnt great quality.A nokia n95, which hadnt been used for web browsing until I tried it this morning, was fine browsing using the same wifi network & viewing iplayer.I so want to love this phone [ having rubbished my iphone / nokia friends ] but a quick look through the forums suggests there may be problems with Wi-Fi.
