Ok why when i get a sms pic I click on the image that was sent to me and it will only display for a few seconds and then goes back to the text message it wont stay on the pic, why.

I just got my first text with a picture since getting this phone last week. In the message, it says "slideshow" and when I click on the "picture", it gives me three icons at the bottom. The far right icon allows me to "save" the picture, but I don't know where it's saving it to, if at all.
View 7 Replies View RelatedI can not send pictures via text message with the stock message app, Handcent, or Chomp. I had been using Handcent for the past 2 1/2 months or so just fine, it would send pics. Then all of a sudden about a week ago it just stopped. It just kept showing the turning green circle over and over until the sending failed. I updated it, I uninstalled it, I reinstalled it. I tried Chomp. I tried the stock app. None of them will send a pic to another phone or to an email. I can send pics to facebook with the facebook app. The stock email app will send an email with a pic attached however.

View 2 Replies View RelatedSometimes my Hero is so slow. I receive a text, with the icon in the notification bar. I slide it down but it can take 10-20 seconds for the message to load. Then I try and type a reply and it is so frustratingly slow, lagging behind. Any tips please? I have been so close to throwing it out of the window!
View 24 Replies View RelatedMy HTC is really slow! When I receive a new message it takes about 30seconds to even open it, then a further 30 or so to wait for the keyboard to respond. I have tried deleting the messages from my inbox and starting fresh, but am slightly cautious about just giving it a factory reset!
Also, when i am finished a phone call, as I take the phone away from my ear, it flashes on and off, meaning that I can't actually put the phone down! The only way to do it is to take the battery out of the back and start again!
Overall, I'm not very impressed with the phone, its supposed to be suitable for a businessman, but I can't even get it to work as a personal user!
We have 4 other people in the house with the same phone and none of them are experiencing these problems.
I just got my new Droid 4 three days ago. It turns of and and comes back on every 30 seconds.

Used to happen every once in a while, now doing it multiple times a day. I use Handcent but I doubt that is the problem because the messages dont show up in the regular messaging either. Just want to see if i am alone with this problem.

Can anyone please tell me where exactly the text is been written in Message View? On clicking this items it should launch appropriate event. If anyone touches a telephone number it should launch the dialer or if it is a valid email address then it should launch the Compose message event and so on.

My new Desire was delivered Monday evening. It is on the 3 network. Have a great signal at home - H.
Took it to work for the first time yesterday and had a great signal in my office too. I'm also getting H there most of the time, occasionally it drops to 3G but only for a few seconds then goes back to H. Internet browsing is fast and smooth.
So far so good then, I went downstairs however and noticed that I had no signal. How can it go from the strongest possible signal upstairs to no signal at all downstairs?
The default setting for this is 15 seconds, and i changed it to be 1 minute. Randomly it sets itself back to 15 seconds (maybe after powering phone off).

When i go to the Display options I unclick the button for 30 seconds, click 2 minutes, then exit. A little while later the screen goes off and I go back to the Display settings and it is back at 30 seconds again. View 6 Replies View RelatedI have been having a problem with my HTC One phone since I got it. My 4G connection will stay connected for about 30 seconds to a minute, and then it will revert back to 3G. I have already looked this up before and I have done the following:
-Changing my network mode setting to "LTE/CDMA", and then restarting the phone
-Making sure all recent updates have been installed
-Making sure my plan was actually eligible to connect to 4G (it is)
-Making sure there is 4G coverage in my area (again, it is)
-Always leaving "Automatic Connections" on
How i can display custom error message before foreclose or Application not responding message will happen for an application.

Can i display Custom message like "Please wait....." instead of Application not responding message.
So I got my fascinates just last week, and my wifes phone has been acting crazy a bit, and I am sure its one of the thousands of apps she has installed. So I went into the 'recovery menu' and cleared the cache and did a factory reset from there to just restore to factory state, and now everything stops unexpectedly. Gmail, calendar, and most of all, media message just keeps popping up every 3 seconds or so. If i remove the sd card the media message will stop, but if I launch things like gmail, calendar, car dock, video player, etc., they all stop unexpectedly. I cannot even setup the market place again due to this failing, does anyone have any ideas why this is happening and what I can do to fix it?
