HTC EVO 4G :: Nova Game Can Not Be Played Via 3G / 4G

I found a work around but requires you to have wi-fi connection first.
Step 1. Be sure to connect your phone to wi-fi first. Load the game and log in to multiplayer. Stop at the screen where you choose either Create or Join.
Step 2. Press your home button on your actual phone, and shut off wi-fi.
Step 3. Go back to the game again (It should reload and log you off) and log back in again.
Step 4. Now you can play multiplayer online via 3G/4G.
Simply keep the game loaded (Do not fully close out or end task) and you should be able to play the game over and over again via 3G/4G. I bought the game NOVA by Game loft on my Palm Pre. I played multiplayer online over 3G just fine. This morning I bought NOVA for the Android (You have to buy it directly from the site) and to my surprise when I try to play online it says you need to over wi-fi. I understand why they probably would do this as 3G is not the best for online gaming, however on my Palm Pre over 3G, it played just fine.

I recently bought the game loft game NOVA. When I open it up, it says it has to download something to run. After its done, it says it has been downloaded and click to continue. I click but then it exits out of the app. What's wrong?

I bought Nova 3 from the game loft website for my nexus 7 on 4.2.1. Whenever I open it, it force closes. It did finish downloading data but it always closes on me. The play store version is completely fine but laggy. The ganeloft is said to be much more better for the nexus's tegra 3.

I have a square grid, for a turn based game ( grid is similar to the chess board ), but the moves in the games are different based on whether you have lapped your opponent pawn at least once or not.i.e if you have not lapped (beaten any of the opponents pawns) in the outer most grid as below.if you have lapped your opponent pawn once at least, then you get to reach home,this way.Any player having all his pawns reaching "home" first wins.The ones in yellow are safe-houses, i.e both the opponent pawn and the player's pawn get to stay in the same grid, this is not considered to be lapping ( the opponent ).The lapped pawn will return to its start point.Now the question is, what is the effective way to store the paths for the all the pawns.we will have 4 pawns for the player and 4 opponent pawns.Is there any pattern to store such static information, in a elegant way?

I have a puzzle game with a 7x7 grid of graphics, and a timer, its just about ready to go. But I am stuck on how to go about saving/continuing game. For example when someone exits I want them to be able to save and exit, then come back and click continue to pick up where they left off with all of the graphics in the right place, timer and score. I looked at onSaveInstanceState android examples, but not sure if this is what I need or how to implement it in my case.

Had my Razr HD for about 1 1/2 weeks. Moved to Nova launcher a week ago. Love it. Posted about built in widgets vs NOVA, but this is about a function within NOVA. How to set up 'Drawers' or their relationship to folders and tabs. I'm assuming a Drawer is similar to a folder in that it is a collection of apps, bookmarks and widgets. But then what is a folder in NOVA-speak? Tabs? Where do they fit in? And I can't figure out how to set up a Drawer.

I have been using nova launcher for some days now, and love it. But, for some odd reason not all my apps are showing up. I just tried finding Google calender and is not in the app section. I go to Google playstor, find it there and it's showing as installed and I can open it, but I can't find the darn thing on my tablet. I have also had this with a couple of other apps.

Since upgrading to ICS, I've been curious about the ICS only launchers. I've seen good work from the developer of each, so I have no preference with regard to developer. Then again, for now, Trebuchet, the CM9 launcher, is meeting my needs.
I was using Go Launcher Ex on Gingerbread, but I think it's gotten too bloated. I love how fast CM9 runs on my phone and I don't want to slow it down.
Also, are Apex and Nova just Launcher Pro alikes or do either bring something new to the table?

So how do i remove Nova Launcher from SlimBean ROM? I tried removing it through SlimCenter but after i exit and come back to slim center Nova is still there. I installed Apex launcher and it is now set to default launcher. Through slim file manager i got to systemapp and tried to remove nova from there but it just says Delete Failed.

I'm using nova launcher ans cm9. Today i installed a cm9 (Theme chooser) theme with realy nice Icons. If i edit my lockscreen icons i can select the new once under "System Icons" but if i want to change Them within Nova launcher i cant find them.
Where do i find them or how can i make them available?

I am running SlimKat. I had to reset my phone to factory defaults, and now I cannot reinstall Nova Launcher Prime, which I paid for and installed before I restarted the phone.
When I open Nova Settings, and tap "Nova Launcher Prime", then the "Play Store" button, there is no option to buy or install, only an "X" where those buttons would be. When I tap that, the "Install" button appears, but once I tap that and the "continue" button on the blank app permissions popup, nothing happens - I just see the "X" button again. Yet Nova Launcher prime is still not installed.

I recently (last Friday) got my EVO and am loving it, however I've noticed that when I try to play a video through youtube, or click on a video in facebook, I get the error that says the video cannot be played.This even happens with videos that I uploaded to youtube with my EVO.Has anyone else seen this or know if there is a fix?

Basically, I want to crop widgets like the Google keep widget (u only need quick keep text not the list picture etc) and other widgets. Is there a launcher or a way to do this? I can resize them, but I'd like to crop them

moving along, I went and got myself an HTC One M8 and I'm absolutely loving it. My problem lies within accessing BlinkFeed through Nova Launcher Prime. The internet generally outlines the creation of a shortcut through Nova's Activities and applying it to either the home button or through gestures but MY problem comes when I enter into Nova Activities, scroll down to the list of HTC icons and "HTC Sense" is not listed. I've searched on both the default (BlinkFeed) launcher as well as Nova. "HTC Blinkfeed" is an option, but when I try to long press on any of the listed icons my "permission is denied".

I've installed Nova launcher for my nexus 7 and set it to have only one screen. I'd like to change the wallpaper on this screen without it also changing the wallpaper on the stock launcher. Currently when I try to set the wallpaper on nova, it also changes the wallpaper on the stock launcher (I have a feeling the solution might involve the use of Multipicture Live wallpaper). How this can be done?

I have encoded several videos to mp4. All of these videos played fine on on my phone until yesterday. Now none of them will play correctly. The default video player says "The video could not be played" and Act 1 says "Video is falling behind audio. It may be too much data for your phone to process, or may not be supported by Android" What gives? They play correctly on my wife's droid. I haven't downloaded any new apps since they played correctly. I have killed all apps to make sure I have enough memory. What could have changed? I have followed the instructions given on the forums to encode video to a T.

As you know if you have Donut or Galaxo roms on your I7500, you cant install some appsa and games like Hero of Sparta, Nova,Skype, etc. "Application could not be installed on this phone." alert appears.I installed Gaosp Nightly but it was not stable enough for daily use so I had to turn back to donut rom. (Lags, Force closes, etc. on Gaosp cause its still beta)Is there a way to install these games or apps on Donut rom?

I have a Samsung Galaxy Nexus running Jellybean 4.2.1. I am also running Nova Launcher V2.1.1. Every time I re-boot the phone I get prompted to select the default "Launcher" or "Nova". Selecting "always" has no effect on subsequent re-boots. I have also tried numerous apps to set the default launcher without success and tried clearing the defaults for the "stock" launcher. Any manual way to correct this problem by manipulating the relevant files on the phone? This problem only started once I installed the 4.2.1 OTA update.

I recently installed Nova and Cyanogenmod 10 on my rooted Nexus 7. I've attached a screenshot to show the problem. All of my app icons have disappeared. I don't want them on the dock of course but on my home screen I cannot get the app icons to come back. For the life of me I can't find anything in either the system or nova settings to get the labels back. I have TouchWiz 5.0 theme installed.

How to create or modify an icon pack that can be used with Apex, Nova, or Go Launcher. I have decompiled an apk to see how it works, but I cannot figure out what exactly needs to be edited. However, I do see the folder full of the icons, but I'm not sure what I need to do with some of the XML files.
I basically want to create a icon pack later, but for now.. I have made a couple icons that I want to add to an existing icon pack I'm using.
