Recently I have been having issues with viewing my email messages in the Yahoo Mail App. When I open some messages all is see is line after line of code instead of the message text. It doesn't seem to matter what the source email is (gmail, hotmail, etc). Some emails are ok some are not. Anyone else have this problem? Any fixes?

I'm looking to pick up a car charger / FM transmitter setup for using my Droid in the car and playing music through the car speakers. I found two seemingly similar products on Amazon:
Amazon.com: Accessory Power FlexSmart Car Mount System for SmartPhones - Cutting Edge FM Transmitter and Charger with DC Surge Protection and Stabilized Flex-Neck: Electronics
and
Amazon.com: Accessory Power FlexSmart Car Mount System for MOTOROLA DROID SmartPhones - Cutting Edge FM Transmitter and Charger with DC Surge Protection and Stabilized Flex-Neck: Electronics
They look the same to me (just one is $10 cheaper!) so I thought I'd ask if anyone had any experience with this device. How does it charge the phone? Is there a micro USB connector inside the dock, or do you have to use your own cord? Any other perspectives you can offer on these devices, or any other devices that would charge and do FM transmitting at the same time will be greatly appreciated.

I was looking for some information on the TI processor in the Droid when I came across the information for the WiFi/Bluetooth chip in the Droid, the TI WL1271. Check out it's info here:
Mobile Wireless LAN - WiLink⢠6.0 Solutions
It says "provide FM transmit and receive functions to turn the handset into a personal area broadcast device"
So, why don't we have transmit/receive functions on our phone?
Another feature the WL1271 has is support for 802.11n. Why don't we have that, too?

A cell phone is a transmitter just like a radio tower, and higher power is required to send the signal farther. Every modern cell phone automatically adjusts its transmitter power based on reception. Fewer bars means faster battery drain when you are using your phone. Switching to 2G will not necessarily save battery. If you have a 3G tower nearby, then your battery will last longer. And if you have a spotty 4G connection, you'd best plug in, or don't use it. However, given equal signal strength, a 4G signal is MORE efficient per byte than 3G.

I was cleaning all the crap off my phone I don't use anymore and I believe I accidently removed the bluetooth software that allows it to connect to stereo bluetooth headsets. I can control the player with the headset, I can make phone calls from it, but when I try to play music there is no sound.
I was trying to reset the phone using RUU, but it reboots the phone and then says it cannot reconnect after that and the software shuts down. I can still sync with outlook, so my driver is not the issue. I am out of ideas.
Is there anyway possible to reinstall just the bluetooth portion of the rom?

This is my first android phone and im having some problems with the bluetooth. Im trying to send my contacts over bluetooth from my old sony ericsson but it doesnt seem to be going smoothly, i would say its all down to me! Basically i have got the bluetooth on for both phones, the desire is set to be discoverable and i try to send the contacts via bluetooth on the SE. I get the whole passcode and accept the file which i have done, but then it says again about accepting the file. Ive tried it a few times and i have 3 bluetooth icons at the top of my screen now which i imagine are for transferring files which need accepting. Is there anywhere i can to accept them or close them down?

I'm going to be giving my dad my old phone and using his upgrade. However, he is going to be out of town all next week. The way I understand it is that if I preorder the Evo, I have to pick it up within a certain amount of time... so I can't just wait until he gets back to go pick it up and activate it. If I activate it on his line, deactivate it, activate it on MY line, REactivate his old cell phone on HIS line, and then finally activate my old (current) cell phone on his line when he gets home... am I going to have to pay a billion activation fees? Or am I just going to have to not preorder, wait to buy my Evo until he gets back... and risk tons of backorders?

So i preordered the phone at BB and since i do not have an upgrade due to buying a hero in december i think what i am going to do is open a second line on june 4th to get the phone for 199.99 and then close it and pay the 200 ETF. i wouldnt have to pay any deposit to get a new line. i already talked to sprint they said i could do this even though they dont recommend it. total it will cost me 400 bucks, cheaper than the full price and i get a phone june 4th which is all that matters to me after researching this phone for months.
i know its a crazy idea but it works for me. anybody else adding a line just to get the EVO?
