I have Zenithink ZT-280 ZT 102. When I try to turn on it's only "System is demaged, please try to recover from external storage." I tried to enter fastboot (Home button + Power On) but it doesn't work. When I connect device to PC nothing happens. Is there any chance to repair it?

My Tablet (Hyundai A7HD) with CM9 (unofficial) started behaving very strange.
It doesnt recognize my sd card, nor its own internal nand storage anymore. (Apps from Google Play can still be installed on its App partition tho)
I dont know what to do, since i cant even flash an update through CWM anymore without a functioning storage medium. The sd card works fine on my pc and i cant format the internal storage through my tablet.
I already made a post about this (more than a month ago) where someone advised me to use ADB. But that doesnt work, so i installed Connectbot, which works.
I got an android tablet. I don't know the exact name of my device but this is whats written in the model information.

Now my problem, I was recently running out of internal memory (which was 8 GB) so I formatted my internal memory from my computer. After that my internal memory has disappeared. Now I keep receiving a "damaged storage" message. When I touch it, a format option comes up but when I format it a message appears "checking for errors" but nothing happens. I tried reseting my device but no luck there. I can still access the external memory sd card.
P.S. My device is not rooted
I'm able to get into the recovery mode but I have no Roms or anything to upload. I had a SD card damaged and reformatted it and lost everything. I do have a back up SD files on my computer but I just don't know how to load it, since my laptop is not reading the USB connection.
View 4 Replies View RelatedJust got me a Guomi F3 (in Chinese, 国米 F3) and I'd like to do a clean install in English. I didn't know much about Android but I have been searching and learning to handle this situation I'm under.. I lost backup ROM and can't find a compatible one on the net yet.
This phone seems to be very new (and very minor) so I can't find a manufacture ROM or even manufacture's website..
Currently it keep showing an error message "System was damaged, The system will be unstable!"
The OS seems to belong to China Mobile (in Chinese, 引領3G生活) and it won't let me fastboot but I can access fastboot mode by ROM manager app.

HTC One Does not have external sd card, only the "Internal Storage"
I was trying to multitask and ended up wiping Internal Storage through TWRP. Is there any app / process I can use to recover files? Undelete[app] errors out saying it's not a fat filesystem Disk Digger[app] only searches for specific file extensions, which would cover things like my TitaniumBackup & TWRP Backup files
When I plug it into a computer, it shows up as a Portable Device, and no problem that I've downloaded (Recurva / PCI / EUSUA) is able to search on portable devices, only physical/logical drives.
Is there anything I can do to attempt to get data back from the sd card?
Is there anyway to recover from forgetting your credential storage password? I haven't attempted 3 times so I'm not locked out or anything, but I want to change the password and can't remember the original. I'm I looking at a hard reset?

View 9 Replies View RelatedRecently I started using 32GB card with my Micromax Canvas HD and everything is working only for when I try to connect my mobile to PC for file transfer via usb storage I can see only two drive one of CD drive of mmx and other internal sd drive and I can see one more drive but it is not mounted which is my external sd drive when clicked on it, it asked to enter disk.
Solution tried so far by me
1. I have erase external sd card in mobile itself.
2. Reset the entire phone.
3. Uninstalled the mmx driver on my PC and reinstalled it.
when i tried to turn on the tab it shown the msg failed to recover system system halted

Try sending an attachment using Gmail from a Motorola Xoom, a "Google Experience Device".

So I have this GT n7000 with android 4.0.4 ICS, rooted. I want to swap my 32 gb external sd card with my internal one. I googled it, found a method that included replacing a vold.fstab file in system/etc but that was only for jellybean. I need a method for ICS. Also I can't understand what usb storage means. The phone has only about 300mb internal storage and can barely handle its own updates(because of the limited storage). so i would like to know if its possible to make the phone "think" that some of the sd card is part of its internal memory? I found an adb driver for it(dont ask me where or which one because i had no idea and started messing with one until it worked) i have not tried rooting but can if i need to.

BUT it's not working.
I have MIUI v5 installed on Tipo. Apps like Sidebar, NinjaSMS, JuiceDefender do not work, start. Ninja sms app starts, but sms does not produce popup. Sidebar when opened via configuration menu, works, but as soon as I exit the configuration, it ends as well. Same for juice defender. It simple does not work. Other applications work very well...
I suspect something to do with the permission manager or setting.
I used this to check the amount of space on my A2SD partition of my SD Card. However I've noticed that as well as INTERNAL storage, there's something called SYSTEM storage. Which is considerably bigger than whats left of my internal space.Is the INTERNAL used for Multimedia files as this thread suggests?Internal Storage vs Phone Storage.If so. View 2 Replies View RelatedI have a UnRooted Desire HD running 2.3.3, and recently I got the "Low on Space" icon. Upon checking my apps and there size I only have 240ish MB of apps. So I deleted some apps and got 144MB of free space. Then over night my phone went from 144MB down to 8MB of free space (phone was on the charger and wasn't touched all night).
I did download an app called DiskUsage and it shows a very detailed view of whats taking up what space on either the SD or internal storage, and is showing me that my System Data is using 885MB of internal storage space. A friend has the same phone and he got the same app to compare and he only has 90MB of system data. I Hard Reset the phone and hope it doesn't come back, but I would like to know how to correct this issue if it was to happen again.
