I'm trying to find the font Simple Text uses and is listed as Default 04. I have Searched my phone for all .ttf files and even emailed the developer (no response). Where this font is on the phone or what its name is? Or just where I can download it?

I installed "Root tools" by "JRummy Apps" on my Samsung Galaxy Y Duos Lite GT S5302 (Android 2.3.6) and then installed a font. But now i want to revert back my device to the default font.
But, I'm unable to do so. Does factory reset will work? Or what else should I try ??
How to change my emoticons on my galaxy SIII. I don't want the android emoticons or image emoticons, I'm trying to change the emoticons that show up below (it's a little large). I'm not sure if this is the Samsung keyboard or if it's just a steam app thing, because the little button down below only shows up in steam, but when I press and hold it it sends them as actual text, like : -) instead of .
Now, I like that it's text, I just don't like that they have dashes for noses, how or even if it can be changed.
This is my first post. I've had a Moto Droid since day one, and I just love it. It is without a doubt better than any phone that I've had over the years, and that includes the iPhone, BB, etc.
However, there are 2 things that I don't understand - Font size and a spell checker. It is imposiible to read the small font size in emails or text messages.
1. Why has there not been an app to either change the font size or be able to zoom in? Picasy has incorporated multi-touch for zooming, so I've to assume that its doable! Why not have the same in an email client.
2. Why is there not an email client out there that allows for spell checking? There are many such apps for the BB! I am a terrible speller.
I am not complaining, I just want to understand the limitations from a developers prospective, as I am sure these isuues will eventually be addressed.
I am using ICS with Nova Launcher.I miss the old bookmark widget in Launcher Pro Plus, I used it in text only mode with a transparent skin and it looked good.
The bookmark widget that comes in ICS is ok but I want something with just a scrollable list of the bookmark names. I have looked at a few different apps on the market and they are mostly thumbnails of the webpage.
its possible to change the location of screen shots in ICS and if so, how? Ive dug around to no avail. I tried switching the camera option to go from internal to external but that only did it for the camera roll, not screen shots.

I get the current location using location services. Now, based on this current location I want to do a search on business places without really using the SearchManager's triggerSearch. The problem with the triggerSearch is that it launches the googlemap and show the business address I am looking for and it is blocked. I want to get the control back. I do not want to launch the map with the listing. all I want to do is the get the Geopoint of the business address I am interested in using a simple web search. I tried reverseGeocoding , but it is does not work with business address. It needs full address. any suggestion?.
Simply put, all I want to do is a simple websearch , say query="whole foods, los gatos, CA" to get its full address. and then use it to get the GeoPoint.
Method to allow myself to install apps and games to my external 32gb external sd card and set this as my default install location as my internal storage is small and i always have problems with available space . I have been told this can be done on adb on computer with running special commands to change default install location. Is this true ? My Android Desire is a superb device and will do almost anything I want. Even cleans up around the house and makes coffee and feeds the cat. However, there is one simple thing I cannot get it to do: provide me with a simple text editor like Wordpad so that I can write little texts on the go. I've searched everywhere for this function. I cannot imagine that it is missing from the phone, it's so basic. When I search for "text" I get all sorts of stuff on writing "text" messages, i.e. SMS messages (the term "text" seems to have lost its original meaning and is now used almost exclusively to refer to SMS messages). Where is the Desire equivalent of Wordpad or Notepad or, better, Notepad++?
