I published my game on Play Google, but no one download it ,why, is should be (Play Google) marketing it, or should I do that.
In any Google play game I cannot view the achievements any more, the window flashes open, white, then closes. In the Google play app it will show the amount of achievements next to each game, ie 2/14, but clicking on my achievements shows a blank page. Leader boards still work though..Tried clearing cache, re-installing, etc. Last resort is to restore my tablet.
View 1 Replies View RelatedI have played multiple games with no issues for years. Now the Play Games application appears so I started using it. A few weeks of use and now my leaderboards & achievement windows are blank in the play app and instantly close in games.
I have tried clearing cache of apps and services & uninstalling and reinstalling some apps. Is there a fix for this?
Our first stab at a game was just published to the Android Market. It's a fun and (hopefully) mildy addicting game where you match a list of game pieces to those bouncing around on the game board. The faster you do it, the more points and time you get, and as you clear the list the next level requires more pieces. We decided to post two versions of the game, Kromium is the full version, containing unlimited levels, difficulty settings (adjusts time and score bonuses), and the ability to enter your name for high scores. The free version (Kromium Lite) is the same concept, but is ad supported, only allows one loop through the levels, no difficulty adjustment, and generic high scoring. Here's a link to the free version: Feedback on the game in general would be great, as well as the split of functionality between the versions. Additional features and suggestions are certainly welcome. Feel free to comment on here or in the market.
View 2 Replies View RelatedSuprised that this has not been mentioned already, but in the timesonline article re the release of the GMN they mentioned downloading the maps to your SD card. Quote: The system?s main weakness, he acknowledged, is that motorists using their Google Maps satnav in Europe will be forced to pay data roaming charges. He suggested that users on holiday download a route using wireless broadband internet before setting out, and then tourn off data roaming to avoid racking up a huge bill.
So my question is can you?if yes how, if not when can you? or is it always going to require your data signal and download as you use? Also noticed someone mention that they did not like the voice for the sat nav only for some smart arse to simply reply, change it. I have a had a look and cant see how you can, so maybe said smart arse can enlighten us all

View 4 Replies View RelatedRecently I've been having an issue with Google Play Music where when I play a song, it plays for a second then pauses, so I have to press play to get it going again. This occurs repetitively which means I can't listen to music.
It happens on songs that are being streamed and on songs that are on the device.
Funnily enough, if the song is played through ES file explorer and the little play music popup window comes up, it plays fine.
I've got this issue on both my devices, a tf101 running 4.3 and a nexus 5 with stock 4.4 rooted.
Edit: just remembered, I've also got this issue with MX Player and videos. I can't figure out what's wrong.
Streamed videos played through the gallery video player work fine.
How I can stop update the google play version automatically ??
Because if I donwgrade them to 4.0 he automatically update to 4.3 !!
l uninstalled Google Search and Google Play store apps, but they were not completely uninstalled and now I can't reinstall them because the store says they are installed. just trying out Google Play Music today. I'm confused though as I have around 10000 music files sitting in a folder on Google drive. I can't see an option to ask Google Play Music to look into Google Drive and upload the music from there. I have connected my Google play music app on my nexus 7 to my Google account' but nothing seems to happen. Surely Google is able to connect two parts of its cloud together and I don't have to re upload everything?
View 1 Replies View RelatedI am been working a on an an android app called Inomail that is available on the android market. I have done an overhaul changing the background colours, buttons to blue and green neon colours, change all icons and change text such app name plus other strings elsewhere.
Everthing work fine and I am certain it will be popular download if published.
I have been using APK Manger and Eclipse and Java decompilers to convert smali to java codes.
I successfully signed with a private key and it worked but this the obvious problem renaming the package when changing it crashes. I done everthing including refactoring and renaming in Eclipse, also renamed all the package name to all sub packages but to no avail.
If rename tthe package name back to original name it works but changing it crashes.
Now I have done some search on here there also a code to the package name which the reason for it to crash and the best way it to use a rooted device which I have and install the app.
So my 2 questions where is the folder on smartphone would I find the file or code how to manage to rename package published app on the market and how?
I had developed a simple game for android, and just published on google play.Problem is that I can't find it anywhere, I had search for the name of the app, and it doesn't give me any result, how much time does it take until my app is visible?
View 2 Replies View RelatedAndroid user on a Nexus 4 and am a bit cautious about how much info I give Google.
I'm trying to figure out if the Google Play Music app tells Google what songs I'm listening to, or sends any other information to Google for that matter. If so, is there a way to turn that function off?
I know many people don't have an issue with letting Google know these kinds of things about them and that's fine. I'd just rather not. I didn't use Apple's genius recommendations on my iPhone either.
I have HCL Me U1 tablet with following things done on it:
1) Rooted
2) Google Play installed
3) Display DPI changed to 120
My problem is that many popular apps on Google Play are incompatible with it. The display resolution is 800x480, which is standard. How do I make it compatible with Google Play? Searching for incompatibility, gave some results about display DPI, but it did not solve my issue.

Unfortunately, I can only see the top 504 free apps (21 pages) and 504 paid apps in each category. I even tried to manually create the URLs with given offsets, but it doesn't work. Any ways or tools that can see all the apps in Google Play?

View 6 Replies View RelatedMy phone is rooted and it has been for a while and i wanted to downgrade my play store to 3.7 but my phone came from the factory with the newest play store pre-installed so i couldn't just go into manage apps and uninstall updates because my phone never had 3.7 on it so i uninstalled the play store using my root uninstaller (like an idiot) and went through a time period of about a week where I couldn't even get the play store installed. last night i finally got it installed to the point where I could actually see the app in my apps list. So after getting the play store re-installed I thought i was finally done with this problem. However when i touch the app icon to open the play store the screen just hangs stays black for a few seconds before telling me that the google play store stopped working. so im stuck with the app closing pretty much right after i open it.
View 2 Replies View RelatedI have just bought a SGS3, and I have rooted it following the instructions on a thread on CF-auto root, and I have successfully rooted my phone, and I used an App called Freedom, which enables me to buy golds or coins in apps for free, and after awhile, I unrooted my phone, but after that, I cannot access Google Play, it says no connection, I think I was caught by Google Play for buying golds or coins for free. I have unsyncing my account, and creating a new one, but when I create new accounts or logging in, it always says "can't establish a reliable connection to the server. this could be a temporary problem or your android device may not be provisioned for data services. if it continues, call customer care." BTW, I have checked my connection, and it works properly.

I am afraid to brick it incase I installed wrong image or rooted it incorrectly. I have rooted/jailbroken android, iphones, ipads in the past, but this time I m bit worried this time.I found another website 4pda.ru/forum/ index.php? showtopic= 400088 and found to be useful to some extent, but the image and contents are in russian, so not much of use either.
root and run GooglePlay store.
About 10 days ago, Play store froze on my device, now it won't open. Every time I click the app, it disappears for a moment then I am returned to home screen. I have tried clearing cache, clearing data, uninstalling updates, installing different playstore .apk from websites in an attempt to overwrite what I assume to be a corrupted .apk file. All to no avail. I have to do the dreaded reset??. BTW my device is not yet rooted. But if I have to reset, probably will root after.
