View 1 Repliescan i move my apps from one gmail account to another so i dont need to have both accounts on my phone. i am moving to another google account and the only issues i have left are the apps that i bought on the old account and downloaded.
View 6 Replies View RelatedI regretted moving to android from iOS. Here's my problem , after i accidentally remove google account from my phone and after i re-added my google account back to the phone , my phone keep redownload deleted apps . I tried to disable google sync like google drive and data and samsung backup and even disabled backup on my phone but its still not working. I also tried to go play store but i can't find anythings thats related to the problem .I deleted the deleted apps 5 times but after i deleted it , my phone keep redownload it back from play store. Is this a new malware ?
Im using Samsung S4 i9500 and I'm running latest firmware android kit lat 4.4.2 and no root.
I have just upgraded my phone to 2.1, and want to reinstall my apps. If i go to the Marketplace, and "Downloads", there is nothing listed. I presume that only paid-for apps will be listed? I was using (and paid for) Exchange by Touchdown on the previous version of Android, but this is not listed. Am i looking in the right place? The only location referenced on the web is "My Downloads"...I presume this is the same as "Downloads"?Is there somewhere on the web that I can see the apps that I have used/paid for under my account? Please help! Thanks!
View 1 Replies View RelatedSomething happened that should've never happened and now I have to make a new google account and try to rebuild everything. Gmail, igoogle, voice, etc. I did some poking around, but it seems no one has ever asked about any way of transferring paid apps from one google account to another. Is this possible, or am I now $20+ in the hole on apps I can no longer use on top of everything else that has happened? For some reason, google flags things that the built-in search can't catch. Transfer Paid Apps to a New Phone?

If I logon to that tablet with my google account, will it mess up my N1 and existing account/settings? Also what happens with my apps? can I download the ones I've paid for again (onto the new device)? etc.

View 6 Replies View RelatedHow should I move 10 years of calendar information to my Google Gmail account? Currently using Outlook 2003, HTC Incredible (no calendar info yet); old phone was Palm Centro. Ready to take the plunge but do I move all calendar data at once? Someone mentioned copying everything until this year and placing it in an archive calendar? Have no idea how to do this. And I want/need to be able to see (and search) on all my old data.
View 8 Replies View Relatedi just got my EVO the beginning of the month. I have no problem downloading free apps from the "market" however I can't seem to download apps that need to be paid for. The message says there's a server error. But this has been going on for weeks. Someone on the internet suggested to someone who has the same problem as I do to go to "Google Checkout" on the computer and that should do the trick. Well that hasn't worked for me either.
View 1 Replies View RelatedIs there a way to download apps without using Google account and sync? Is there a way to download, for example, dolphin mini hd without android market or appbrain?
View 3 Replies View RelatedI want to change my google account for some reason, but all my paid app was registered under my current account, so is it possible to transfer all to my new account without paying it again?
View 1 Replies View Relatedis there a way i can migrate all my paid apps from my old Google account (with my nickname) to my new main Google account (with my real name)?
I've bought all the apps with the nickname account but now i'm kinda stop using it, so i would like to migrate everything to my main account.
After installing a new rom I checked the 'keep my phone backed up with google' check box and it started installing apps that I hadn't used for ages. Now I dont want these apps so I reflashed and didnt tick the box but my question is, is there a way to view a list of the apps that are backed up and possible delete some of them from the computer?
If not, what is a way to manage these? Im guessing that I could start with a fresh rom, let it install the backed up apps, then manually uninstall them and let it sync back again - would that work?
I used to have two Google accounts, one private and one for work. Unfortunately, I have been fired a month ago and I have no more access to the latter. I believe it is still active but they changed the password and I just can't login.
The problem is that all the apps registered in my Google Play under this account are not available for uninstall or update. Each time I try, I get the message "Authentication is required. You need to sign into your Google Account."
The apps work well on the Android phone but I can't manage them. Moreover, I can't reinstall apps that I uninstalled using the disabled account. All the apps that have been installed with my private account are managed just fine.
I am using a Samsung S2 (GT-I9100) with Android 2.3.3. Google Play Store v 3.7.15.
how I can get the control back on those apps?
I have an HTC Evo 4g with a 16gb sd card. I went from an 8gb to 16gb and my phone will not let me move any more apps to the sd card. Its currently using 7.2 gbs, only half full.
View 3 Replies View RelatedI'm getting a Nexus 4 and have backed up my apps on AppBrain. I cannot find fastweb installer in the Play store. Is this app someplace else? If not, is there another way to download my apps from AppBrain?
View 1 Replies View RelatedHaving owned 11 different Android phones/tablets since 2010, I have a gazillion apps listed in my Google Play Store account. I know it is possible to individually delete apps from my phone/tablet, but for the love of all things telephony, once you delete an app it takes you back to the frickin' top of the list. I thought there would be a simple way to do this by going to the Play Store on my laptop, but for the life of me I can't figure out how to get rid of them. I realize it is not a big deal, but being the obsessive person that I am, once I try to do something.
When I log into my Google Play Store account on my laptop and go to "My Apps", it lists all the apps that I have ever downloaded, but there doesn't appear to be a way to delete them like there is on a device!
If i were to switch phones (to say rhe nexsus one when it becomes available for vzw) How would i get my paid apps onto my new phone?
View 13 Replies View RelatedI have an Orange UK branded HTC Desire HD running stock firmware & NOT rooted. Since the fairly recent 2.3.5 update with Sense 3.0 I have found that I am regularly seeing Sense restart upon exiting an app and returning to the home screen. This is not related to a particular app, as it can happen when returning to home from ANY app. My wife is seeing the same behaviour on hers too.
Having posted on both HTC's & Orange's Facebook pages, I have been advised in no uncertain terms that as a first step I should perform a factory reset.
This is something that I have not done since I got my DHD (my 1st Android - plenty of hard resets on WM ). I have had a bit of a tidy up - clearing unnecessary data, uninstalling apps I don't use, etc. Pretty much ready to reset (but aware that there is SOME data that I will lose). However, there is one thing that I am unsure about...
I have previously moved a number of apps to the SD card. If I leave them there, will the existing data be recognised upon reinstalling the apps? Or will it cause me problems? Or will the existing data just be orphaned? I.e. should I move all apps back to the phone before performing the reset?
Droid X - Configured with a Google Apps Premiere, working great. Attempting to add a personal GMail account. Go to the GMail app, select add account, fill in the metrics and then...... "Needs to communicate" message for ~ 3 minutes, then bombs out with - "Can't establish a reliable data connection to the server". 3G is fine, on a wifi connection that is fine, web browser works fine..... Google Apps account works fine.
View 3 Replies View RelatedI use Google hosted apps with my own domain for e-mail, calendar, chat, etc. and I use the e-mail address from that with my main Google account as well. So, both my Google account and hosted apps account use the same address. I had no problem setting up my account on my phone when I got it Friday, but I've been running into a few issues. First off, every time I try to buy an app in the Market, it asks me to set up a Google account to associate it with, even though I already have. Also, when I try to use Google Listen, it asks the same thing. Is there a way around this, or will I have to create a separate Google/GMail account?

My Samsung S3 had broken power switch (hypersensitive) and it's fixed now - they did factory reset etc and now that I am trying to set up things back I cannot connect to my google account - it says that I have input incorrect login details but I am 100% sure its correct because it works on PC. I did password reset from my cell.
View 5 Replies View RelatedI've got a new phone, and both it and my old one show up on Google Play, with the tabs showing the respective apps installed. The old one is rooted, and I want to let my son use it on his own GMail ID. I've no problem resetting it or loading a completely new ROM.
Is there a proper procedure for dissociating it from my GMail ID and adding it to his. I have a suspicion that if I just change the associated email address in the Google Play settings on the phone, it will still appear on my list of devices.
This is what happened to me, I haven't installed anything special recently... What could have caused that?
View 2 Replies View RelatedI haven't used this phone (Sprint Samsung epic 4g touch) ever since I bought an iPhone 5. (yes I know, don't judge) and I lent it to a cousin and it got stolen. Now I want to know if there's a way to know if someone else is using the phone with my google account. I went into the play store online and downloaded some apps and apparently they installed but when I check my devices it says last activity over a few weeks ago.
So I really don't care that it's stolen, I just don't want anyone accessing my google account and email. Is a password change enough to block anyone using the phone with my google account?
my Android device: Everytime I add a new contact it's randomly saved to one of my two Google accounts that are synched with my phone, but I want it to be saved directly(locally) to the phone. I've browsed through all the settings menus but couldn't find a solution.

Up until November 2011 I had an older model Motorola Droid X. I was able to take photos using the phone camera and those photos would automatically sync with my Google accounts and could be accessed by Google+, Blogger, etc. All was well and I was happy.
In November 2011, I fried my Droid X when I spilled Gatorade on it and it was immediately replaced with a HTC Droid Incredible 2. I just downloaded Google+ (over six months after replacement) and the photos that I take NOW, sync just fine. But the photos that I took during the last 6-months did not synch up with my Google accounts.
Is there any way to synch the photos taken during the 6-month period that I did not have Google+ installed to be included in the Instant Upload?
