Sep 26, 2010I just bought an X10 Mini Pro when i connected my mini pro via USB cable it freezes! i had to download PC companion via SE Support site..after downloading and installing pc companion i tried connecting my phone again via USB cable, pc companion detected my phone but when prompting the phone to mount it freezes! Its frustrating! I can't upload my files to my mini pro..

Dec 3, 2010I tried upgrading my Xperia x10 mini pro but my PC freezes at point where update tries to install SEMC drivers.
I have tried following things:
-Disabled the Anti virus.
-Inset USB cable to High power USB port.
-Reinstalled PC companion software.
I have seen one post where manually installing SEMC driver has helped. But I could not find the SEMC drivers at Sony Ericsson web site. I am using Windows XP SP3 32-bit.

Oct 11, 2010My phone said there was an update. So i connected it to the computer and downloaded the update program. It didn't update properly and gave an error. I have tried to repair the phone and now my phone is dead. Wont switch on.
How can i fix this?
Sony Ericsson Xperia : Connection To Pc Failed / X10 Mini Not Switch On
Oct 22, 2010having been notified that my x10 mini required an update I connected to PC using PC companion. The update failed halfway through and could not be restarted (battery was fully charged at start of update).
The phone now will not switch on and only displays a triangle with an attention symbol in the middle of it. I have tried the reset (home button and power on together) and also have tried to connect to PC companion to re-try update, however because the the phone only displays the triangle i cannot connect to PC and therefore cannot load software update. I effectively now have a very pretty paper weight.

Nov 20, 2010Two days back I had upgraded my X10mini to andriod 2.1. 24 hours after upgrade the screen got freezed. Its showing FM screen and the restart button is also not working. If I press the power button, screen lights on for some time and goes off. I can't remove the battery as the battery is fixed. Please let me know if you know some other way to restart the phone.

Nov 15, 2010I received my new x10 mini phone a few days ago and am really impressed by it.
But...
After the phone has been off, the camera works fine the first time I start it.
And if I close the camera application and start it again straight away it also works fine.
But if I wait for maybe half an hour or more and then open the camera application, the phone reboots itself.
This is very repeatable and it looks like there's something wrong in the software or so.

Oct 24, 2010Have owned an xperia mini pro for about 2 weeks now. It has a problem that every few days or so the screen locks up and becomes unresponsive and the only way to reset it is to do a battery pull. My question basically is should I take it back to the shop, or is it likely to need to have android reinstalled or something?
It did this on the very first startup after unboxing, it froze up when choosing the language setting, so obviously it is unrelated to any other apps i have installed. At the time I didnt think it was too much of a problem but then as I say, it started doing it every few days.

Sep 30, 2010So, I got my x10 like a week ago. I have not had any problems with it until today. Whenever I open up the wifi settings, the screen freezes and asks if I want to force close or wait. I have used the wifi a little before, but this is the first time that my phone has done this.

It first did it before i had any marketplace apps on, so i don't think its due to something i installed. Apr 25, 2010Has anyone experienced Timescape emails not syncing? My facebook and twitter feeds update properly, but the emails don't update unless I reboot. The emails will initially update after reboot, but won't update again until the next reboot. I've gone into "Email" and set my "Email check frequency" to every 5 minutes, but this does not seem to have any effect on Timescape.

Oct 28, 2010Very strange, phone has been working fine. Battery was fully charged this morning after it's overnight charge and phone was working. I went to work and took the phone out during my mid-morning break and it's dead. Attached it to the charger that I keep at work and still nothing after a few minutes. I took the battery and the sim card out. Battery voltage is 4VDC which is fine. Reinstalled the battery and tried turning on the phone with and without the sim card,, nothing from the phone, not every the status LED. Is there a hidden reset switch somewhere or is it pouched? The phone is only 2 months old so I'm sure my carrier will replace it if it comes to that, at which point I'll have to decide whether or not to replace it with another Xperia and or go black or white. Mine is black, but I really like the looks of the phone in white. Any suggestions will be appreciated.
