Taking photos tonight and phone seems to have crashed, normally you take the battery out to sort it but you can't with this one, so how do I sort it?

View 20 Replies View RelatedI bought my Xperia X10i a month ago and it has already started giving problem. At First, It stopped getting charge then I went to the SE service center and submitted my phone. It came back with a fix and told me that your motherboard has been replaced. After 3 days, suddenly the 3 buttons below the screen stopped working. I tried updating the software through PC companion but it use to say that your phone is up to date. Then next day morning, I was browsing internet on phone and then I turned on the music, phone got bit slowish due to multitasking and then suddenly crash and after that I was never able to turn it on again. Now my phone is again with SE service center. Don't know if again I will be getting it back with a temporary fix or what, but it's really painful as my phone is just a month and a half old and already its with sony for 15-20 days in total. I am not sure if they unit test the device before delivering or not and I don't want to keep visiting SE center again and again.

I can download music from my pc to my phone. I can download videos from my laptop to my phone. But when I transfer photos, just normal jpegs, when I go to Mediascape and photos, nothing is there? Where do they go on the phone, I cant find any folder that has them in?

I'm kinda new to android, and not sure if this is a handset or os thing but, when you swipe up from the bottom of the x10 screen to display all your apps, is there a way to sort the apps into folders. i.e. move all games into a games folder, put all work apps into a work folder, etc. like i said not sure if this is an os thing or if i could download an app to do it, i have done a little searching online but didn't come up with any answers.

View 4 Replies View RelatedI have been trying for hours to try and figure out how to get videos to load into mediascape and I have tried multiple different ways. I have copied files directly and I have used Media Go. I have converted the files to mpeg4 with many different conversion programs and I still cant get any videos to show up. Is this a known issue? Is there some kind of setting that I'm missing? I've tried to transfer files from my old phone tthat were in 3GPP format and I converted that. Also I have tried other video files that were not on my old phone and I have had no luck. I have transfered music and photos with no problem.

After taking a picture, it comes up with the (process com.newbay.pixota) error photo seems to save fine, but the error message happens after every pic about the application not working (process com.newbay.pixota)anyone know how I can fix this? I can get the light to come on in video mode but just want to use as flash.
Is there an app out there or am I just stuck with crappy camera that cant take pics at night.
Does anyone notice that when you are using bluetooth headset, the proximity sensor doesn't work? Is it a bug in Android v2.1 or am I missing something? I'm using MW-600 with X10i Android 2.1 if that matters.

I went on there to save some pictures my friend has sent me, it says that it saves the attachment to the sd card, but is nowhere to be found on my phone atall. I never had trouble finding them before, so as you can probably tell, im quite confused. I don't always have internet to check them, and they are veryimportant to me, does anyone have any intake, or helpful advice to give? Plus I don't have a computer to use right now, just my wireless internet here on my phone.

Until three days ago uploading photos using the share option when viewing the photo worked fine. Now however when I attempt to upload a photo I get an error message saying an error has occurred when uploading the photo and the browser then shuts. Has anyone experienced the same problem and able to offer a solution?
