Apr 15, 2014I have a Motorola Razr Maxx that is running the latest OS, and is rooted. I recently broke my screen and cannot get past the lock screen so I can start my VNC server (to continue using my phone without the screen). I have searched through what seems to be all posts on bypassing pattern lock and I have not been able to succeed yet due to permission denial for super user in ADB, not having sqlite3 on my phone, and not being able to flash anything onto it in recovery mode.
how to bypass the lock screen without any use of the touchscreen? I have debugging mode on, and I have a access to view what is on the screen via hdmi cable or remote viewer.

- Your phone should be registered with a Gmail Account
Instructions:
- Download THIS App From Google Play Store From PC
- Now The App Will Be Installed On Your Registered Phone.
- Now Install Another App (ANY APP) From Play Store.
- Now The App You Just Downloaded Will Run And Screen Lock Will Be Disabled
Notes:
- This application will also run each time the device is booted so you can always bypass the lock screen.

I decided to make a quick buck off it by selling it online, but the problem is, It comes with pattern lock screen and a combination that I know nothing of. I tried putting my SIM into and calling, but the furthest I got was the contacts and messages tab. How else can I reset the phone?

Feb 25, 2012 I've tried so many app's over the last couple of days that claim to stop the screen from locking but they have all just bypassed the lock screen... Well, they've tried to anyway. These kind of work arounds don't actually stop my phone from locking in the first place though.
My phone is a W008+ iPhone clone with Android 2.3.3. When it's charging, the screen will time out and switch off; But it doesn't lock. So I can hit any key to bring the screen back on and as it wasn't locked in the first place, I'm taken straight back to where I was.
When not charging, I get the same behaviour for ~2 or 3 seconds... Any longer and it locks forcing me to use the power key and swipe the lock screen along with any other security measures I may have in place.What I'd like is to be able to set the 'lock' timeout in the way that I can set the 'screen' timeout.How far will I have to go to get this functionality?
Is there a setting I've missed? I'm very new to Android so there's lots I don't know yet.
Are there any app's that can really do this? Maybe this would need a root app?
General :: Too Many Pattern Attempts / Bypass Google Lock Screen
Mar 6, 2014got my phone (htc desire x) locked again (yes, I am stupid sometimes ).First time it wasn't a big problem to me, just adb into it an set a pattern value to 0 an boom, lockscreen bypassed. Problem : since then, the androidversion got updated from 4.0 to 4.1 and it doesn't work any more.
My situation:
Bootloader locked.
Not rooted.
no custom recovery installed.
USB debugging enabled.
is it possible to bypass the Google lock screen on an android 4.1 device? Tried different funny things like pushing home button or calling myself, then some more komplex ways with adb commands and so on, but all of them lead me in the end to either a custom recovery or root.if there is a way to get a CR on an locked device? Or how to adb pull some files from the data section? And I read something about adb'ing into the device in recovery and removing the security settings, what about something like that? I don't want to steal anything, if I would like to steal the phone, I would just resetting it
Motorola Droid :: Unlock Screen Not Responding / Bypass It?
Mar 29, 2010All of a sudden my screen stopped responding to touch input on the home screen where you have to slide to unlock.
If I hold the power button the phone options (silent mode, airplane, and power off) buttons work, but I cannot physically slide to unlock the phone.
I need to get into the phone to backup some information, is there a way to bypass the unlock screen? the keyboard works and so does the screen, but for some reason I can't hit the slider at the bottom of the screen to unlock or mute the phone.

So the screen has no functionality what so ever, i cant reset it or anything, broken. It was rooted and I loved all my settings on it. Nov 13, 2010Well if you use widget locker, and a security lock, Froyo Forces you to: Unlock widget locker lock screen, then undo the lock screen, then enter your security code. However with Android Eclair 2.1, there is an option to turn off the screen lock. From my understanding, if you had the lock-screen disabled when you do the update, it will remain disabled after the OTA. However there is no longer any way to enable it because Google removed the option. As most people would find that bad, it should allow me to use widgetlocker, and a security lock without having to unlock the screen twice. Or of course, just use widget locker, as I have no intention of going back to the stock lock screen.

Nov 17, 2010I have a Droid X. I was previously employed by a company that used Exchange Server and Active Sync and I added my company email account to the Droid X. This forced me to use a 4 digit pin as required by the mail admin of the company. I no longer work for this company, and deleted the active sync account from my phone (and no longer have access to it by any means). The security settings for the PIN. When I check SETTINGS -> LOCATION & SECURITY -> CHANGE SCREEN LOCK -> CHANGE SCREEN LOCK the options, "None" and "Pattern" are grayed out and not selectable. When I look under SETTINGS -> LOCATION & SECURITY ->SELECT DEVICE ADMINISTRATORS the device administrator is listed a "Corporate Sync" and I cannot change or delete this.
