I simply want to copy an image from a web page and paste it into either an image or text. A long press does not give a "Copy" option. I have to save the image and then attach it. Am I missing something?

View 1 Replies View RelatedI recently switched from iPhone to nexus 5.On the iPhone long pressing gave the options to copy and paste single word or whole paragraphs. In SwiftKey on the nexus,long pressing brings up a blue pointer that gives me just the option to delete the word before it. I can't see any way to select a line of paragraph, then copy and paste it.

I prefer the GMAIL app (PUSH) over the HTC Mail but will never go back to it if this does not have a fix.

Ever since my first cell phone, my ability to memorize more than 3 consecutive numbers has virtually disappeared.
I can see how to copy something (long press on screen, then tap "paper" that comes up), but am lost from there. It tells me the selection has been copied to the clipboard, but where is that? Or how do I go to some other screen and paste? Want to do this in mail, gmail, SMS and browser sometimes.

I was using my native mail (not Gmail) app last night and needed to copy three paragraphs from a received email into an outbound message for a client. When viewing the received message I went through the process to copy, long hold screen, highlight text with finger, release, "copied to clipboard".. great. Transfer to new message, long hold screen, PASTE. Excellent, wait, no I only see it pasting HALF OF THE LAST PARAGRAPH. Umm what happened to the other 2.5 paragraphs? Let's try again, oops same result.... WTF!? Is the Hero limited to the number of characters copied to clipboard? Is ANYONE else experiencing this?
