I seem to be having issues with the widget, it does not load and says loading. I have uninstalled the weather bug app wondering if because it was stuck loading or said failed to load if that was beating my battery.

First and for most I just want to say, I love my Driod Incredible. Its lighting fast and puts my friends iPhone to shame every time he want to have a web page loading contest lol. But as of last night, my phone has been acting really awful and strange. I updated a few apps that I use and then tried to go into "handcent SMS" and it would force close every time and wouldn't open at all. I try to click my "phone button" to dial a number and it just says "Loading" forever and I get the same "Loading" screen with my contacts. I have no idea what to do and would really appreciate any help I can get.
View 11 Replies View RelatedI tried removing it and adding it back about ten times and it still won't show the weather..just says "my location" under the clock. If I click on the clock and load it, I can then click on the clock and it will load the weather screen, updated and all...but it still refuses to load it on the home screen with the time. Happened a few days after froyo update. How can I get the weather back as part of the clock widget??
View 1 Replies View RelatedSo I got the 2.2 Update. If I try adding the News & Weather widget, the weather is always wrong. Always has the sun on all night and temperature is wrong too. I checked all options of course, should work fine. Has anyone else encountered this?
View 6 Replies View RelatedI have had the Droid Incredible for a month and a half now and my text messages are filling up. One girl I have 2500 messages from and the loading is pretty slow. Its pretty annoying waiting to reply and everything else on the phone is lightning fast so I was wondering if you guys have any suggestions on how to have them speed up or settings that would help. Please tell me anything that would make these messages load faster.
P.S. I understand deleting the messages will make it fast but erasing them takes way too long and its annoying. Also i need a lot of my messages.
If it is possible to get the weather bug clock widget like on the samsung fascinate?

I didn't ask whether it also had the clock.Is this one that comes with Sense or is it one I should download for her somewhere? Is there more than one of these out there?I have a Droid and I see that Beautiful has a nice weather widget, but I can't tell if it is animated.

View 16 Replies View RelatedI'm not sure why, but the weather widget says that my city doesn't exist. I want to put it to Apple Valley, CA but nothing comes up. I checked the 3 nearest cities and they all did not exist either (Victorville, Hesperia, and Barstow). Can anyone else try adding the city to theirs and see if it pops up for them? I wonder if it's a bug with mine.

My wife's is working and shows our town, but mine just sits there blank with the town name saying no information is found.
I deleted the widget off the screen and readded it. I pulled the battery. Neither worked.

I tap the sun/moon to get into the weather gadget, tap settings, on the top is a box to allow auto update. When its checked I get a warning of data use, allow, then back out to home. When I go back to weather settings, the box isn't checked.

Does anyone know where HTC gets its info from? I like having the temperature displayed under the clock, but not if it is inaccurate. I also compared the HTC temp to a reading off of a wireless window thermometer and it did not agree.
