I tried updating my U9200 from firmware B105 - B315 but it did not allow me to do so.I then followed olav's guide and flashed MIUI onto my device but i have no service now.Also, i cant get the device into recovery using the Volume UP & Volume Down and power button so try and install the huawei stock firmware again.

I know how to do it but all the links I can find to the necessary software are dead or not working , I need the one key Rom installer for the ascend p1 and the Huawei sub drivers , I've downloaded countless zip and rar files and their all broken, has this phone rooted, has copies of these files and if could mirror them.

View 3 Replies View RelatedI just got the U9200 on Tuesday unlocked through Amazon for $290! Rooted it yesterday using a guide on xda. But when I went looking around for other firmware I noticed that my version wasn't in any list. Google search turned up one Chinese forum thread that just says the guy rooted his phone. Searching xda brought up nothing relevant.

No root..Firmware v. B104...New phone, got it in late December 2012. Handled with great care. Battery icon and battery graph stuck on 50%. Never know how much battery juice I've got left. No warnings, just powers off when it's empty.
Tried:
- Factory reset
- Attempted hard reset, but I'm not sure it worked, 'cause nothing special happened on my screen.
- Completely draining the battery (as an equivalent to removing the battery. Non-removable battery on this one)

View 2 Replies View RelatedWhen I was trying to get Clockwork Mod sorted for my Huawei u8160 phone I accidentally chose to flash it with the official Clockwork mod for the Huawei u8150 stupidly misreading it as my own phone and now it has left me with an unusable recovery so I can't install any new recovery or ROM's or anything, I am getting almost constant errors whenever I try to run my phone saying whatever process has stopped working and that I need to force quit it. I have tried to start it in fastboot or whatever it is called but all I am getting is a screen that says "firmware update step 1/2 unpacking update failed", I have tried to start with many different key combinations but nothing is working.

View 2 Replies View RelatedI have serious problem with this android mobile phone. it is pretty good phone very useful with dual sim function one of them is 3G with WiFi Hotspot but the problem that I have rooted the phone with superoneclick and I have installed a lot of apps in it modifying some language files then when I restart the phone to let the changes take effect then the mobile keep restarting for infinite. Tried to get in to the recovery mode by using Call Button+Volume up+Power but the screen became blank. I spent the whole day searching the the internet to find the solution but with no clue. the problem the device is new and not supported that much in the public forums. could not find Stock Rom. Huawei website and bulletin was not useful.

My Problems:
I can't flash my stock recovery through fastboot with a locked bootloader.
I can't boot into my recovery because my current recovery is TWRP 2.5.0.1 and I have a locked bootloader.
I can't unlock my bootloader because I have used an IMEI Hack Tool and set my IMEI to 0 (I guess).
I can't boot into my ROM because I used an IMEI Hack Tool.
I can't Force Upgrade too (Vol Up + Down + Power). It only shows a pink/purple screen.
Solutions:
I can only flash a recovery with an unlocked bootloader.
I can only boot into a recovery with an unlocked bootloader (except for stock).
I can only unlock bootloader if my IMEI has restored.
I can only restore my IMEI if I can boot into my ROM.
I can only boot into my ROM if I have a stock recovery.
I can only Force Upgrade if I have restored my IMEI.
If I could only restore my IMEI through fastboot,
I've bought a Huawei u8860 today but when I try to switch on, it goes automatically ( without push any other buttons ) in recovery mode.
I've tried to wipe and format cache, but once rebooted it goes always in recovery mode. The phone is brand new, unboxed today from a box with security stickers.
I've tried to update software from sdcard with its original firmware but it fails with this error:

I don't think it is a software problem, but an hardware error.
To install to clockwork recovery manually I replaced the recovery.img file but when i restarted my phone it says:
Image signature verify fail
Your boot/recovery image may have an incorrect signature.
Please update your image to a signature official one
you can remove battery for power down.
now i can access only to pink screen, but when i connect my phone with a usb cable then computer only checks drivers etc but does not open a drive where i could change recovery.img back to normal.

Easiest method to have this recovery for a rooted phone is below.
1.Install mobile uncle tools from Play Store.
2. Place the recovery.img provided in root of SD card.( Rename the recovery file as simply RECOVERY.IMG)
