General :: How To Take Quick Picture By Bypassing Lockscreen

I want my phone to be normally protected by a pincode but I'd like to disable it when my phone is locked and I press the camera key to take a quick picture.
I tried this solution : [URL]...
I read this but without result : [URL]...
I tried with tasker to create a profile that's like this:
trigger : - camera key pressed event
task : - disable lockscreen
- launch camera app
But it seems that tasker doesn't get that I press camera key even if I modify my camera & focus key declaration to wake in my system/usr/keylayout folder

My phone is a Sony Ericsson Xperia Mini (St15i) and I'm running a custom rom (Serenity V3) based on stock. It's Android 4.0.4

I have an old unused phone running Android 2.1, I think it's a Samsung GT-I5600 or something very similar. My three year old daughter have all the computers and tablets she could ever want, so I would like this one to be a very simple telephone that she could use to make calls to preset numbers and nothing else. I would like a screen lock that's easy to unlock and then just two big pictures or buttons. One for me and one for her mum. That button should make a call, and nothing else. Perhaps there could be a hidden preference whenever the call should be made thru the speaker or not.
Any app / lockscreen like this?

I'm running a 4.3 aosp ROM and only flashed a very minimal gapps(only playstore loginframework play services and GMSCore ) . I can't access my quick setting tiles as the icon is missing from the notification pulldown and my lock screen doesn't work no matter what security I put. If I flash the full gapps they work. What dependencies am I missing?

Can bypass the lock screen of my phone...and he does it so he told that he don't know the lock pattern but he can bypass it..i again told him to do his trick after changing pattern to the hardest..but he again does that in less than 5 minutes...

I dont have a verizon sim card anymore since we switched to AT&T, and i was wondering since i reset my phone is there anyway i can bypass the activation since i dont have a verizon sim card? I just want to use the phone like one would use an ipod.

I'm a soldier stationed in Afghanistan and I received an INC in the mail today that I ordered a week ago. Charged the battery, powered it on and discovered that it requires service activation in order to use it. I ordered it to use the WI FI capability here until I reactivate my Verizon service when I get home this fall.
I have read several threads in different forums discussing procedures to bypass the activation screen and I've tried them all. Tapping the corners in a clockwise motion or canceling the (*228) activation call and rebooting 3 times. I even contacted Verison and HTC technical support and they couldn't figure it out either. They think it's because I have no cell phone service here so cancelling the activation call method doesn't work.
Does anyone know how to bypass the activation screen from the ##778 command on the emergency dialer. I have read where it's possible to bypass using the A-KEY command.

I have a Nexus 4 with 4.4.2 ad would like to sync my work exchange mail, calendar and contacts with my phone.
The issue is that my work has Mobile Iron installed
What is the best way to bypass this and have all items mentioned above sync'd? It is important for me to have the exchange contacts in my native contact file on phone.

I am looking for information regarding international roaming charges. For informational purposes I am using the Samsung Vibrant. I want to know if I turn off the "Data while Roaming" feature and put my phone into Airplane mode will I still be charged if I check my email and surf the web only when connected to a WiFI network. I am getting mixed responses from customer service whether or not I can bypass international roaming charges by doing this. I'm pretty sure I won't be charged when using my phone over wifi but I just wanted to make sure.

I found it is OK to open browser with a URL without that permission but the user will notice that. Is there a way to access Internet without the INTERNET permission and hide from user?

I'm looking for an app/tweak that allows all the info such as my text messages, email, etc to appear on the lockscreen without having to use the drop down gesture? Basically kind of like having the Notification Center on iPhone available right when I click on the power button of my phone. In Cyanogen Mod settings under lockscreen, my brother disabled the slide to unlock feature, so when I try to unlock the phone I see the lockscreen, but there is no type of slider at all on the lockscreen. Is there anyway to bypass the lockscreen without having to do a factory reset/data wipe?

i installed a custom rom and the locker is verry ugly,i tryed different apps,but are not replacing the old lockscreen...i had to unlock twice and still the old lockscreen is there. Having recently switched to Android from iOS, I am still learing how to customize Android to get the phone just right... One of the features that I really miss is the notifications on the lockscreen. I have a company phone - and the security settings forces a PIN or Password lockscreen. I have tried installing a 3rd Party lockscreen that supports notifications (Such as LockerPro), but all it does is provide the new lockscreen in addition to the default one (i.e. I have to unlock "twice"). I would like the default lockscreen to be replaced by the 3rd party one.

I have got a job to remove the lockscreen from an old tablet. It was a pattern lockscreen but they sh** it so you don't have any chances left and they don't remember the e-mail and password re-unlock it. The os was 4.0.3 I think and the bootloader isn't unlocked, USB debugging is off too. Is there anyway to get it work?
