View 2 RepliesWhat is the way to have your email signature have a logo in it (html)? I don't see a way to do it in the stock HTC mail client it seems to be text only. Anyone know if k9 would do the trick?

View 16 Replies View RelatedWhen using the Exchange ActiveSync mail, I'm trying to enable the HTC Incredible to view e-mail in HTML format.I've gone to Settings --> Send & Receive... but the "Message Format" option is greyed out and not enabled.I then tried switching the "Mail size limit" from 10KB to "Entire Mail" as one user suggested for the HTC Hero on Sprint - but that didn't seem to work either.I've also seen in places that Exchange 2007 or 2010 is required to get HTML email... we're about to upgrade, but we're currently on Exchange 2003 - so that could be the cause of the issue for whatever reason.Has anyone had any luck with this on the HTC Incredible?

View 1 Replies View RelatedOn my i*hone, Exchange Mail provided full HTML support. Gmail provides HTML support. Why does the built-in Email client not provide HTML?
I don't want to use Touchdown or something like it - is there an Email client I can use that can provide this? I am using Appriver for Exchange which I thought was 2007
I made a email signature for you to copy and paste if you want. It's nothing special but I couldn't figure out those symbols at all but finally got it.

View 6 Replies View RelatedSo I was looking at the Incredible simulator on VZW and noticed that emails composed aon it have the signature line "Sent from my Verizon Wireless Phone." Anyone with an early model or anyone in the know able to say whether or not this can be erased/disabled/changed? I'd prefer people not knowing where my emails are coming from.
View 3 Replies View RelatedI am using Google Apps to host my email. On the Nexus One, there is no option to add a full signature that contains your name, title, company, address, phone number, fax number, email, and web site. WTF? The Android signature only allows your name, Any additional information is on the same line.
View 13 Replies View RelatedI have been noticing that the idont and blackberry phones automatically places a "sent from" signature in emails and texts.I cant find anything like that for the droid though. Its not really a big deal, but Id love to respond to someones email from an idont with an itdoes

View 19 Replies View RelatedI've searched and couldn't come up with an answer. I currently have a Droid Eris so I'm running 1.5. Is it possible to add an image to an email signature? (I've already edited my signature I would just like to add a logo) If it is not possible in 1.5, is it possible in newer version of Android? (2.0?)
View 4 Replies View Related I've updated my phone (nexus 4) to 4.3 And can't seem to be able.to setup exchange email account This used to work fine prior to update Symptoms using default email client Waiting to sync forever "couldn't open connection to server" msg I can sync 'Sent' mail folder but not the 'Inbox'!
Using TouchDown it will sync the calendar but not the mail.Tried switching auto sync data on and off, deleting and reinstating account, restarting phone - in various combinations nothing works.
I have had my Ally for about a week now, and I'm absolutely loving it! I previously had the enV 2 from LG, so there is a lot of familiarity there. One thing I have not yet been able to figure out is how to create a signature for my email. I have the default g mail acct (I created one specifically for the phone), but I also added a hot mail acct and a private domain web acct. On my enV 2 I was able to figure out how to set up the signature for that typical "Sent from my Verizon Wireless Phone" at the bottom. I would like to do the same for the additional email accounts but can't find a setting for it. does it just not exist, or am i looking in the wrong place?
View 1 Replies View RelatedDoes anyone know if they plan to update the droid to allow for email signatures on outgoing emails, like they do on every other pda. What apps currently allow for this and how do those 3rd party email programs compare for pop3?
View 19 Replies View RelatedI LOVE the K9 email app...but I would like to use the "different signatures for different accounts" feature. When I go into the "Message Composition Options" screen, I can edit the sig as much as I like, but there is no "Save Changes" button or option menu key just gives me the "No, you can't use this" haptic buzz. The Home key takes me back to my home screen. The back key takes me back to the general Account Settings screen - and discards my changes.
View 1 Replies View RelatedI have a co-worker who suddenly can not connect to her Exchange account via her phone. It mysteriously stopped syncing emails on Dec. 5, and since then the phone can not connect to the server. Error message reported is "Unable to connect to server." I even completely deleted the Exchange account from the phone and attempted to re-add it, but adding a new account failed with the same error message.
The weird thing is that the account worked perfectly fine before Dec. 5, and we can't think of anything that changed on the phone or on the server at that time. Meanwhile, other Android phones in our workplace continue to receive messages from the Exchange server, including my own Nexus 4 with the exact same server settings and another co-worker's Droid Razr.
The problem phone is a Samsung Galaxy S on US Cellular, running Android 2.3.6.
I have an Exchange account setup on my phone (Samsung Vibrant, running CM7.2).
Is there some way to prevent it from syncing email? I only want the calendar to sync, but I can't find an option to disable email syncing. Any apps that can accomplish this?
Constantly syncing email all day is really draining on my battery.
I started using Android 4.1.2 with its E-Mail App 4.1 and Exchange Services 5.0 (hope it is called like this, in German it is "Austauschdienste").
After setting up the connection to the Exchange server (works perfectly), I responded to an Email. Unfortunately, the Email didn't get marked with the tag/arrow answered in Outlook (in the app itself it got marked...). Before I used the app MailDroid. There it worked. Is there any possibility/explanation/wrong configuration, why the answered status is not synced?
I have a Galaxy Nexus with Stock 4.0.4 ROM and a Transformer Prime also with the stock ASUS firmware (4.0.3), The company where I work has a mail server that supports exchange (Kerio Connect) At that server I have (because I need it that way) 2 different accounts, I need one of those accounts to synchronize everything; contacts, mail, calendar, and the other one to synchronize only calendar appointments.
If I configure the first account everything works just fine. But, when I configure the second account, I start receiving login errors for both accounts every certain time, the apps shows me the option to update my account credentials and when I do it works for the moment but after a while it fails again. If I delete whichever of the two accounts the other works fine.
I have not tested this scenario against other email servers, so I'm not sure if this a problem with my server or if this is an Android problem.
Both accounts are configured as Exchange accounts from Settings menu.
Android default email client when connected to office wifi doesn't sync my e-mails while if i configures my exchange account in enhanced email it works absolutely fine and all my emails starts syncing on same office wifi.
I was having an offline chat with my system administrator and he told me that they have blocked something to avoid IP pool full issue ( new users were not able to connect to office wifi as almost everyone was using two IP, one on smartphone and one on laptop).
Question is how enhanced email client is able to sync? Can i make some changes in default android email client to make it sync.? My Edge connection is too slow to download emails and can't switch to 3g as it is a company provided connection.
I'd like users to be able to send emails from my app and the client would like the message body to be html-formatted. They look nicer and the message includes a rather ugly url that would be better placed inside an anchor tag.
I've seen some older queries on the web asking how to do this but have not been able to find a definitive answer.
Is it possible to use an Intent.ACTION_SEND (or some other method) to send an email pre-set with an html-formatted message body?
Is there any way to view HTML emails with HTC mail viewer? I know I can with the googlemail app. I have tried changing email size to "No Limit" but the option below of "message format" is greyed out as "plain text". Any way to change this to HTML?
View 12 Replies View RelatedI am using android code with html tag.. but in mail getting same HTML tag please help me how can i send html link ... the code is giving below

{"[EMAIL PROTECTED]"});
emailIntent.putExtra(android.content.Intent.EXTRA_SUBJECT,

*emailIntent.putExtra(android.content.Intent.EXTRA_TEXT,

context.startActivity(Intent.createChooser(emailIntent, "Send
mail..."));
I've searched loads of threads on the forum but can't an answer for this! I like having my Hotmail pushed to me and because the HTC client doesn't support Hotmail push I've downloaded and used the stock android email.apk. It works fine (pushes) but the emails are not HTML. There is no option to display as HTML but I've seen it display HTML from other email clients!
