Sony Ericsson Xperia X1/X2 :: BlackBerry Connect / Messenger On SE X1?
Nov 20, 2010I have been looking for months now, for a way of running the blackberry software on the X1. Its a hot topic around the forums and over on XDA developers, but no one has been able to explain if this is possible for sure. I have the standard ROM that came with the phone, and am with Vodafone.There has been talk of it working, and there has been talk of it not. I have heard that it can run on some HTC models, which leads me to beleive it should also be possible (some how) on the X1.

Sep 16, 2010I've just got the x10 last week and was wondering which messenger app was good to use. I know BBM won't work outside of blackberry phones, so I went around searching what apps would work. I've found stuff like PingChat!, Kik, WhatsApp, TextOne...can you guys give me some advice as to which one is the most user-friendly and uses the least data? (I'm on a limited data plan). My main desire for a messenger app on the android is to send msgs to my friends internationally without paying for international text messaging! Please give me your opinions!

Nov 7, 2010I've experienced quite a lot of problems with the WiFi after updating the Andriod. Everytime I try to connect to my home-network i get that it failed to connect.
The phone didn't have any problems with this before the update.

Sep 30, 2010I ahve checked the signal strength and its fine and 3G is working but still not connection. I had a software update come through recently which told me I needed to go to the Sony Ericsson website to update it.. I tried to do this and it appears I can only update it using a PC as its not compatiable with a Mac computer (which I have). I have tried running the software update on the phone and as it can't connect to the internet it wint update anything.. so Im stuck in a circle now.

Aug 11, 2010For some reason my wifi wont conect to my homes wifi as of last night? i have had the x10 months and had no problems but my girlfriend bought the x10 mini yesturday, showed her how to connect it up to wifi networks i.e my own home one, then since that my x10 will not connect to mine an say unsuccessful even tho it will connect to any others. as it is very annoying having to boot the pc up to get on the web.
