Could anyone help with this problem, I can't see any option to send the photos and videos from my phone to the sd card, and also when i plug the phone into my computer and try and open the drive L or M it says please insert a disk.

View 4 Replies View RelatedJust got my Droid 2 FedEx today, and am getting her all set up. I was using an LG Dare before. I had an micro 2GB card that had all my pictures, music, videos and contact photos (picture ID pictures).
It was easy going from an old Verizon phone to another old Verizon phone because the file structure was the same for all the SD formatted cards (MY_PIX, MY_FLIX, etc...).
In looking at the 8GB card that came w/ the Droid 2, there seems to be no such structure. There are directories, (.android_secure, Android, logs, and LOST.DIR) but I am not sure where to put my videos, pictures, etc. Any thoughts?
So I like to show my phone to other people and I want to really WOW them with some great HD pics and Videos/Movies/Video clips. Does anyone have any Photos or Videos that I can download that look great on the Captivate?

This allowed me to upload pix and videos from phone to pc and viceversa. I did a hard reset to my phone and lost all settings. Can't remember how to set it back.

View 8 Replies View RelatedSince I updated to Froyo when the official one was released for the UK my Gallery has been almost useless, it now sorts photos based on where they were taken which I don't want and it doesn't show any new photos/videos I take, possibly because the phone saves them to the external SD card now instead of the internal one. Is there anyway to fix this? I've looked everywhere for some gallery settings but I can't find anything, to change the sorting etc.. Or can anyone recommend a half decent gallery app? I just want something that shows the recent photos I've taken...

It seems like taking the photo via the facebook app does not save the photo to the sd card?

Looking to speed up my Samsung Captivate a bit. Seems like every since I loaded it up with some music and movies that it is slower. Any truth in that? My memory is full now, and without android 2.2 I can't move apps to the SD card. They should have provided all of their galaxy class phones with the 8GB internal memory.

I am not able to mount my SDCARD using NPS. My phone does not has a CSC file and I understand that updates wont work. But everyone seems to be able to mount the SD card and copy files to it. I want to update to Galexo roms but not even able to mount my phone.I disabled the mass storage settings and enabled the debugging. I was able to flash the phone using Odin and also able install the recovery image from Galexo.
