So I've been using 2.5.2, love it. However, I'm not able to send mms messages. Receiving is no problem, I've tried the settings through messaging. Anyone else have this problem or a solution to it?

Before anyone flames me for asking, or yelling at me to "do my research", I sure did my research, and almost got an "information overload." I went through like 15 pages of SkyRaider and almost all the information via XDA and this forum about The Third Wave. But earlier, I used to run SR2.2 and it ran fantastic. Then I found The Second Wave, and sure loved that too. But I've only heard awesome things about SR2.5.2, but the same goes for the Third Wave (Beta 4). However, each ROM has so many options, I don't even know where to start.
Right now, I currently have SecWave installed with Hydra .5. It runs fantastic, and I generally get good battery life (like 24+hours) with the 1500 mAH. But curiosity kills the cat. These new roms popped up, and they look fantastic. I have the Sense 8.1 SecondWave, but I used the "Remove Sense" file, after turning on Facebook w/ Sense (like the contact integration). So I got to keep that. But all these steps, so overwhelming! What do yall recommend? I want good speed, good battery, etc. Man do I miss the days with Pete's Bugless Beast on the original droid...one rom.
I see an addon in Rom Manager for SkyRaider 3.0 RC1 fixes, but I can't find a download for the actualy ROM. anyone know where I can score the SkyRaider 3.0 Rom?

To the best of my knowlege I shouldnt have that since I never have done anything (that I know of) to add that raido. The rom seems to run fine, I can make calls just fine ect, but how can I know if I have the new raido? I did the rom through rom manager paid. And If I dont have the raido, how do I add it?
View 13 Replies View RelatedI am noticing that after installing SkyRaider 2.2 and Titanium backup when I open backup the bubble screens saying TB has asked for root permission etc stay on the screen and won't go away unless I turn the screen off and back on. Anyone notice this or have any ideas? I will try uninstalling Titanium and reinstalling and see what that does.

I did not do a system wipe when going from 3.3.2 to 3.3.3 if that matters. Everything else is working but I can no long change the boot animations from rom manager.

When i opened my app drawer I noticed the 3g mobile hotspot app. I was wondering if I can use that without being charged or do i have to add that feature through verizon because that is what it says when i start it up. is it just a free service that is added as a perk with this rom or should i stay away from using it?

View 2 Replies View RelatedI have rooted with unrevoked 3 done a nandroid backup, done the unrevoked forever and sucessfully upgraded my radio to the 2.15. I downloaded sky2.5.2 and put it in the root of my sd card. when I boot into recovery and and try to install the zip from sd card it keeps saying "aborted". Is there something that I need to do before installing Skyraider? Everything is working fine on my phone, the call quality is amazing now, I just can't get up to 2.2!

View 5 Replies View RelatedI just installed the latest version of Skyraider (sense) and everything seems to be working ok except that I cant sign into my google account.In the notifications it gives me the sign in error and when I select it I am prompted to enter the characters in the random picture it shows.I do this and it just repeats, over and over again. I can't get past this. Also, I know that I am not messing it up.

When I click on it in the notification bar it reloads the card and usually works after that but occasionally it will take several tries. This happens every time I reboot my phone.

Anytime I try and run the update in recovery I get the error message...
E:Can't open /cache/recovery/command (this comes up before even trying to run the update)

View 3 Replies View RelatedI'm running CyanogenMod6 Test8 right now, with the 1.X radio. if I update the radio to 2.X, and install the skyraider ROM, what happens if I just get so sick of sense that I go into rom manager and restore to my previous CyanogenMod6 Test8? Will the radio still be 2.X? Would I still be able to switch between ROMs as easily as I do now, only difference being my radio is updated?

I installed skyraider 3.0 rc3 with sense and everything is fine except when i use the navigation, it stays on the searching for gps or loading screen forever and doesnt work. Do u guys know what i can do to fix this without having to change the rom or unrooting? also, if i have the free version of rom manager, does it only allow me to download one rom cause when i try to download another it says download error?? also, is it easy to switch between roms or do u have to restore the phone/reboot it and then download a new rom??
